Indications	Adjunct to diet & exercise to improve glycaemic control in patients w/ type 2 DM whose diabetes is not adequately controlled on metformin HCl or vildagliptin alone or who are already treated w/ the combination of vildagliptin & metformin HCl. Overdosage	View Galvus Met overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
Administration	Should be taken with food (Take w/ or immediately after meals to reduce GI discomfort.).

Special Precautions	Type 1 diabetes, hepatic impairment, ALT or AST >2.5 x ULN, hypoxic states, surgical procedures, hypoglycaemia, loss of blood glucose control.
