適應症 |
Prevention of atherothrombotic events in patients suffering from MI, ischemic stroke or established peripheral arterial disease; in patients suffering from non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina or non-Q-wave MI) in combination with aspirin. ST segment elevation acute MI in combination with aspirin in patients eligible for thrombolytic therapy. |

用量 |
Adult & elderly 75 mg once daily. Non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina or non-Q-wave MI) Initially 300 mg then 75 mg once daily (with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) 75-325 mg daily). ST segment elevation acute MI Initially 75 mg as a single dose with or without loading dose (with ASA & with or without thrombolytics). Patients > 75 years Initiate without a loading dose. |

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |

Severe liver impairment. Peptic ulcer & intracranial hemorrhage. Lactation. |

注意事項 |
Patients who may be at risk of increased bleeding from trauma, surgery or other pathological conditions. Patients receiving treatment with aspirin, NSAIDs, heparin, glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors or thrombolytics. Coadministration with warfarin is not recommended. Patients with lesions with a propensity to bleed. Renal impairment. Patients with moderate hepatic disease who may have bleeding diatheses. Patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Pregnancy. |

不良反應 |
Intracranial, GI, retroperitoneal, skin, musculoskeletal, eye, resp tract bleeding; hematuria & hemorrhage of operative wound; diarrhea, abdominal pain, dyspepsia.

交互作用 |
Coadministration with warfarin is not recommended. Use with caution in patients receiving treatment with aspirin, NSAIDs, heparin, glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors or thrombolytics.
