药效药理
1.降压作用
(1)1天1次对高血压患者使用，不会对血压变化产生影响，直到第二天稳定的降压效果得到了认可。
(2)高血压自然发症、肾性高血压、乙酸脱氧、甲酸脱脂高血压和肾性高血压，在使用单次口服时，其用量依赖性的降压作用得到了承认。另外,中风易发病高血压自然发病用老鼠进行的22周混饵注射中,抑制血压上升,高血压性器官障碍(脑中风、心肌纤维化、增值性及坏死细动脉炎、恶性肾硬化症等)的发病,并抑制维持效果得到了认可。
