稳定性测试
由于使用最终包装产品(40°c, 75%相对湿度, 6个月)加速测试, 因此假定在正常市场分布下, 都灵薄颗粒10% 在三年内保持稳定。
药用药理学
三磷酸腺苷(ATP)作为活组织中的高能量源, 观察到以下药理作用, 并参与重要的生理效应, 如参与肌肉的收缩机制。
0在使用猫的试验中观察到脑血管舒张, 在使用的试验中增加脑血流的作用, 观察脑组织耗氧量的增加。

用法与用量
作为三磷酸腺苷二钠水合物, 1次40~60mg 口服, 每天3次。
当用于头晕的基础上的梅尼埃的疾病和内耳疾病, 作为三磷酸腺苷二钠水合物, 口服一次100毫克, 每天三次。
另外, 它是适当的增加或减少取决于症状。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is involved in the physiological action in the living organisms as a high energy source. It also improvesblood flow by dilating blood vessels.
It is usually used for the treatment of late effects of head trauma, cardiac failure, accommodative asthenopia, chronic
gastritis, and vertigo due to Meniere's disease or inner ear disorder.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions(itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products.(Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinaleffects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is<< to be written by a healthcare professional>>
・In general, take 0.4 to 0.6 g (40 to 60 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. For the treatment ofvertigo due to Meniere's disease or inner ear disorder, take 1 g (100 mg) at a time, 3 times a day. In either case,the dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions. The granule mustnot be chewed, but swallowed.
・If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule from the next dose onwards. Youshould never take two doses at one time.
・If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
・Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal disorder, feeling ofitching, and rash. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
