药物剂型
注射剂：200mg(2ml)，250mg(5ml)。
药理作用
多巴酚丁胺主要激动心肌β1受体，对β2和α1受体较弱，不激动多巴胺受体，其主要特点是增加心肌收缩力作用较强，而增加心率作用较弱，很少引起心律失常。
药动学
口服无效，静脉注射后，于5min内起效，作用要持续5～10min。在体内，一部分药物可被代谢成无活性的代谢产物，一次用量的25%左右在肾上腺神经末梢被代谢成去甲肾上腺素。t1/2约为2min。主要经肾脏排出体外。
适应证
主要用于治疗急性心肌梗死并发的左侧心力衰竭，各种心脏病引起的难治或顽固性心力衰竭，心脏手术后低心排血量综合征，舒张功能不全性心力衰竭，伴有房室传导阻滞的心力衰竭及病窦综合征并心力衰竭。
禁忌证
梗阻性肥厚型心肌病患者禁用。忌与碱性药物混合使用。
注意事项
1.急性心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化、高血压和甲亢患者慎用。
2.用药前应首先补充血容量，以纠正低血容量。药液浓度随用量和患者所需液体量而定，但不应超过5g/L。
3.用药期间应随时检查心率、血压、尿量及是否出现异位搏动等情况，然后调整用药速度和剂量。
不良反应
有心悸、恶心、头痛、胸痛、气短、皮肤坏死等，可能诱发各种心律失常及心绞痛。
用法用量
静脉注射：成人滴速为每分钟2.5～10μg/kg，个别情况可达40μg/kg。给药剂量应个体化，从小剂量开始，逐渐加量。
药物相应作用
1.与地高辛合用治疗心力衰竭有协同作用；但两药合用后易引起心律失常；故合用时应酌减剂量。
2.与多巴胺合用治疗心力衰竭和心源性休克，可取长补短获得良好治疗作用。两药合用可加速房室传导，故应慎用于心房纤颤和心房扑动的患者。
3.与硝普钠合用治疗心力衰竭有协同作用，有时本品与硝普钠、多巴胺合用治疗顽固性心力衰竭效果更好。
4.与硝酸甘油合用改善心功能。
5.与依诺西蒙合用，具有协同扩血管作用。
6.与三氯二烯合用于有潜在性心功能不全者，可避免在麻醉过程中发生心力衰竭。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine improves blood circulation by enhancing cardiac contractility and dilating vessels.
It is usually used to enhance cardiac contractility in patients with acute circulatory failure.
