	Injection, carboplatin 10 mg /mL.
	Indications
	Treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma of epithelial origin in (a) first line therapy, (b) second line therapy after other treatments have failed. Treatment of small cell carcinoma of the lung.
	Child Dosage
	Insufficient usage in paediatrics to allow dosage recommendations to be made.
	Contra Indications
	Severe pre-existing renal impairment (creatinine clearance <20mL/minute). Severely myelosuppressed patients. History of several allergic reactions to Paraplatin or other platinum- containing compounds. Lactation.
	Special Precautions
	Should be administered by individuals experienced in the individuals experienced in the use of antineoplastic therapy. See data sheet. Pregnancy.
	Interactions
	Nephrotoxic compounds.
