Indications
Prophylaxe der Transplantatabstoßung nach Nieren- u. Lebertransplantation in Komb. mit Corticosteroiden. Behandl. der manifesten, steroidresistenten Transplantatabstoßung nach Lebertransplantation. Behandlungsversuch bei manifester, steroidresistenter Transplantatabstoßung nach Nierentransplantation, wenn keine andere Therapiealternative verfügbar bzw. angezeigt ist. Näheres s. Fachinfo.
Adult Dosage
Poly(hydroxypropylmethyl)cellulose, Croscarmellose-Natrium, Lactose 1H2O, Magnesiumstearat, Gelatine, Farbstoffe E 171, E 172, Natriumdodecylsulfat, gereinigtes Wasser, Drucktinte: Schellack, Phospholipide, Dimeticon, Farbstoff E 172.

Weit. Bestandteile: Macrogolricinoleat 60, Ethanol.
Special Precautions
Bekannte Überempfindlichkeit gegen strukturverwandte Verbindungen. Vanishing bile duct syndrome nach Lebertransplantation. Gleichz. Gabe von Ciclosporin.
Adverse Reactions
Strenge Ind.-Stellung Gr 6 . Kontrazeption erforderlich.
