适应病症
急性支气管炎，慢性支气管炎，普通感冒，上呼吸道炎，肺结核，百日咳。
用法用量
成年人每日给药18-24mL，8-14岁1每天9-16毫升，3个月至7岁年龄13天-8毫升三至四次口服。此外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。
药效药理
1. 镇咳作用
右美沙芬直接作用于延髓咳嗽中枢，它表明通过抑制咳嗽反射的镇咳作用。
2.祛痰作用
钾甲酚磺酸根据使用兔促进呼吸道分泌的试验，显示祛痰作用液化粘稠痰。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine contains 2 active ingredients: one inhibits cough reflex by acting directly on cough center located in medulla oblongata, and the other makes bringing up sputum easier by improving mucus secretion from airways. Thereby, it shows anti-tussive and expectorant effects.
It is usually used for the treatment of cough and sputum accompanying acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis, cold, upper respiratory tract inflammation, pulmonary tuberculosis and pertussis.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 18 to 24 mL daily in 3 or 4 divided doses. For children aged 8 to 14 years old, take 9 to 16 mL daily in 3 or 4 divided doses. For infants aged 3 months to 7 years old, take 3 to 8 mL daily in 3 or 4 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to your disease, age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•Since this medicine may induce sleepiness, avoid driving a car or operating dangerous machinery.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite, loose stools, hives and rash. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

Storage conditions and other information
•Keep the medicine out of the reach of infants and children. Store it at room temperature (1 to 30 degrees Celsius) away from light and moisture.
•Color fading may be caused by light. Therefore, tighten the cap after every use and store it in a box, etc. or at a dark place.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
