Intal Fine（Sodium Cromoglicate，インタール）主要作用是对速发型过敏反应具有明显的保护作用。通过抑制组胺、5-HT、慢反应物质等的释放，并稳定肥大细胞的细胞膜、阻滞肥大细胞脱颗粒，本品对Ⅰ型过敏反应有显著抑制作用，且毒性极低。无直接扩张支气管作用和抗炎作用，但在抗原攻击哮喘患者前使用，可抑制支气管的过敏反应。口服或灌肠吸收极少，在胃肠道内可维持高浓度，发挥局部抗敏作用。

它易溶于水，微溶于丙二醇，极微溶于乙醇（95），几乎不溶于2-丙醇或乙醚。

药效药理
该药物不是被吸收并发挥作用的药物。通过抑制胃肠道中肥大细胞的脱粒，抑制了肠道中的通透性过高，结果，防止了大量抗原的二次流入血液循环以及免疫复合物和胃肠道的形成。它不仅抑制皮肤和呼吸器官的过敏反应。
（1）对肠通透性的作用试验
对食物过敏的患者口服该药物后，给予高分子量物质乳果糖，当进一步添加抗原食品时，与未给予该药物的情况相比，在所有情况下乳果糖的吸收和症状的发作均得到抑制。此外，当对患有蛋清过敏的患者口服该药物后口服口服卵白蛋白（OA）时，与未给药时相比，血清OA浓度显着降低。
（2）抗原诱导过程中免疫复合物形成的作用试验
将这种药物口服给鸡蛋过敏的患者，然后由鸡蛋诱导，与不给药相比，症状和免疫复合物的形成明显受到抑制。
（3）感应抑制试验
与没有这种药物的患者相比，当对食物过敏的患者口服该药物然后由抗原诱导时，症状的发作得到了明显的抑制。

用法与用量
对于2岁以下的婴儿，通常为0.5g（50mg的色甘酸钠），对于2岁以上的儿童，通常为1g（100mg的色甘酸钠），每天3-4次（每餐） 在每餐之前或之前和就寝前口服。
可以根据患者的症状调整剂量。 然而，以色甘酸钠计，每日剂量不应超过40mg/kg。
临床结果
在一项以特应性皮炎为主要症状（明显与食物过敏有关）的儿童的双盲比较研究（与安慰剂比较）中，比较了给药8周后各组8周的总体改善和效果。 就发作时间和有效性而言，intal组的表现明显优于安慰剂组。 通过双盲比较研究和一般临床研究的改善率（总计277例）为57.8％（判断为211例中的122例）

Effects of this medicine
This medicine suppresses allergic symptoms by suppressing release of chemical mediators such as histamine.
It is usually used to treat atopic dermatitis caused by food allergy.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
In general, for infants under 2 years old, take 0.5 g (50 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, for infants over 2 years old, take 1 g (100 mg) at a time, respectively, 3 to 4 times a day (before meals or before meals and before bedtime). The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's symptoms. However, the daily maximum dosage is 0.4 g/kg (40 mg/kg) . Strictly follow the instructions.
Take this medicine after dissolving it in a small amount of cold or hot water.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
