色甘酸钠（sodium cromoglicate，インタール吸入液）是一种抗变态反应药物，对速发型过敏反应有着良好的预防与治疗作用。其作用机制是能稳定肥大细胞的细胞膜，阻止肥大细胞脱颗粒，从而抑制组胺、5-羟色胺、慢反应物质等过敏反应介质的释放，进而阻抑过敏反应介质对组织的不良作用。其抑制过敏反应介质释放的作用，可能是通过抑制细胞内环磷腺苷磷酸二酯酶，阻止过敏反应介质的释放。

药效药理
它通过抑制伴随抗原抗体反应的肥大细胞释放化学介质（组胺等），从而抑制特应性，混合性和感染性等各种疾病的支气管哮喘的表达。它还对人外周静脉血来源的炎症细胞（嗜酸性粒细胞，嗜中性粒细胞，单核细胞）的活化具有抑制作用。
适应症

用法与用量
每天使用电动雾化器吸入3至4安瓿，每次安瓿（20毫克色甘酸钠），在早晨，中午和就寝前一次，或在早晨，中午，傍晚和就寝前一次。如果获得症状缓解，则在观察后续过程的同时，将剂量减至每天2-3安瓿。
临床结果
在使用intal powder和一般临床试验的交叉比较研究中，总共327例支气管哮喘患者的有效率为73.5％（在评估疗效的325例病例中，有239例或更有效）。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine suppresses allergic symptoms by suppressing release of chemical mediators such as histamine.
It is usually used to treat bronchial asthma.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
In general, inhale 1 ampule(20mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day (morning, noon and before bedtime) or 4 times a day (morning, noon, evening and before bedtime) using an electric nebulizer. If the symptoms improve, the dosage may be reduced to 2 to 3 ampules (40 to 60 mg) according to the patient's condition. Strictly follow the instructions. Use a new ampule when you inhale this medicine. Do not use the remaining solution of the opened ampule. Discard the solution remaining in the nebulizer.
If you miss a dose, inhale the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular inhalation schedule. You should not inhale two doses at one time.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, mouth and throat irritation and nausea. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
sudden shortness of breath, wheezing(crowing sound)[bronchospasm]
fever, cough, breathing difficulty [PIE syndrome]
breathing difficulty, hives, angioedema [anaphylactoid symtoms]

Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from light, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
