Kicklin（Bixalomer 中文译名：比沙洛姆）250mg胶囊剂是一种减少血液中磷的药物。用于改善透析过程中慢性肾功能衰竭患者的高磷血症。
bixalomer是胺磷酸盐结合剂，通过降低胃肠道的血清无机磷浓度，从而抑制磷酸盐吸收。推剂量为：每日3次，每次500mg，餐前服用。日最大剂量不超过7500mg。

〔英名〕Bixalomer is a cross-linked polymer which is obtained by a reaction between N,N,N’,N’-tetrakis（3-aminopropyl）butane-1,4-diamine and 2-（chloromethyl）oxirane with a ratio of 1：2.1-2.4.
性状：
它是白色波段淡黄色的粉末。 几乎不溶于水和乙醇 (99.5)。 它是吸湿的。

药用药理学
1. 药理作用
(1) 血浆磷浓度和Caxp产品降低效果
高磷饲料喂养在慢性肾病大鼠中切除的5/肾, 双色菌由3%的混合饲料给药, 血浆磷浓度 (AUC值)和Caxp产品(AUC值)显著降低。此外, 在腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾病大鼠中, 双碱胺由3%的混合饲料给药、血浆磷浓度(AUC值)和Caxp产物(AUC 值)显著降低。
(2) 血管钙化的抑制作用
在维生素D负荷腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾病大鼠中, 双色体由2%的混合饲料给药, 主动脉中的钙含量明显降低。
(3) 继发性甲状旁腺甲状腺功能障碍的改善
高磷饮食喂养慢性肾病大鼠中的高磷饮食、3%的混合饲料给药、血浆PTH浓度(AUC值) 和甲状旁腺重量比显著降低。 此外, 在腺嘌呤引起的慢性肾病大鼠中, 双色体占饲料给药的3%, 血浆PTH浓度(AUC值)和甲状旁腺重量比显著降低。
(4) 肾骨萎缩病进展的抑制作用
在腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾病大鼠中, 双基体由3% 的饲料给药, 以降低股骨的空隙比和纤维化面积比。在亲切的骨面积比方面, 观察到由于双鱼体给药的原因有显著变化。
(5) 对血液pH值和碳酸氢盐离子浓度的影响
在腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾病大鼠中, 双色体3%通过饲料给药, 以提高血液pH值和血液碳酸氢盐离子浓度的降低。
2. 作用机制
双色菌是一种氨基功能磷酸盐结合聚合物, 通过促进磷排泄到粪便中并与胃肠道磷酸结合, 减少血液中磷浓度抑制胃肠道对磷的吸收。
适应症
慢性肾病患者高线性血症的改善
用法与用量
成人, 第一剂量500mg作为双色剂, 口服前三次, 每天三次。此后, 症状, 虽然适当增加或减少血清磷浓度的程度, 最大剂量是1天7500毫克。

About the action and effect of this drug
By binding with phosphoric acid in the digestive tract and promoting the excretion of phosphorus into the feces, it suppresses the absorption of phosphorus from the digestive tract and lowers the phosphorus concentration in the blood.
It is usually used to treat hyperphosphatemia in chronic kidney disease.
Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist before using any of the following:
I have had allergic symptoms such as itching and rash after using the medicine before. I have an intestinal obstruction. Prone to constipation.

Usage/Dose(How to use this medicine)

In general, for adults, take 2 capsules(500 mg of the active ingredient) at a starting dose 3 times a day just before meals. The dose may be adjusted according to your symptoms and blood phosphorus level, but the maximum daily dose is 30 capsules(7500 mg).Be sure to follow the instructions given.
If you miss a dose, skip one dose and do not take until the next dose. Do not take two doses at once.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you accidentally drank too much.
Do not stop drinking at your own discretion without the instructions of your doctor.
Precautions for life
Constipation may worsen and abdominal bloating may occur, so check your daily bowel movements.
Try to limit your dietary intake of phosphorus.
Be careful after using this medicine(side effects)
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include constipation, hard stools, abdominal discomfort, itching, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and nausea.If you notice any of these symptoms, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
In rare cases, the following symptoms may appear, which may be the initial symptoms of the side effects shown in[].
In such cases, discontinue use and seek medical advice immediately.
