药用药理学
1. 眼压降低效果
当对猴子的硬的le prost眼科溶液的0.002% ~ 0.005%为单次注入时, 观察到浓度依赖性眼压降低效果时, 与浓度为0.05%或以上的基眼滴相比, 效果显著。另外, 当氟原体眼液的0.001% 至0.005% 的猴子每天一次重复滴眼液, 稳定眼药水中的眼压在所有剂量持续, 观察到的作用衰减没有。
2. 作用机制
凝血酸体是一种活性代谢物, 对丙二酸fp受体具有较高的亲和力(ki=0.40 nm)。使用猴子, 0.005%管-原社眼科溶液, 每天 1次, 3到5天, 在反复注入水液动力学荧光测温, 两级恒压 采用灌注法和125i-31 标记白蛋白灌注法研究, 未观察到鱼类水体积的变化, 显著增加了葡萄膜的流出量。
3. 对眼睛血液流动的影响
(1)对家兔的眼科溶液0.0015%, 每天重复28天, 用激光散斑法测定, 观察视神经头组织血流量显著增加。
(2)当taph体眼科溶液在健康成人中的0 . 0015%为单滴滴眼液时 , 观察到视网膜周围的视膜视网膜的血流率和组织血流显著增加。

About the action and effect of this medicine
Promotes the outflow of aqueous humor by stimulating the prostanoid FP receptor and lowers the intraocular pressure.
It is usually used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist before using the following persons.
You have used it before and you have had allergic symptoms such as itching or rash.
It is an aphakic eye or an intraocular lens insertion eye. There is bronchial asthma or its history, endophthalmitis (iritis, uveitis). I am using a contact lens.
Pregnant or nursing
You are using other medicines (Because they may strengthen or weaken each other, please be careful with other over-the-counter drugs and foods in use).
Usage/Dose (How to use this medicine)

Usually apply 1 drop once a day. Always follow the instructions for use.
First wash your hands thoroughly with running water and soap. Then twist off the tip of the container and discard 1 to 2 drops before dropping. Pull the lower eyelid down so that the tip of the container does not touch the rim and eyelashes of the eyelid. After eye drops, close the eyelids and hold for 1 to 5 minutes with your fingertips.
Immediately wipe away spilled liquid with wet gauze or tissue, or close your eyes and wash your face. After instillation, once the tip of the container has been removed, be sure to discard it without instilling later even if the drug solution remains. If you use other eye drops, leave an interval of 5 minutes or more.
If you forgot to apply, please apply one dose immediately on the same day.
If you notice the next day, please do not apply the previous day's dose, and apply one drop once daily as usual. Do not infuse twice a day or two drops at a time.
If you accidentally instill a lot, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop instilling at your own discretion, without the instructions of your doctor.
Attention on life
Do not operate machinery or drive a car until symptoms have resolved, as it may cause temporary blur after eye drops.
Take care after using this medicine (side effects)
The major side effects include conjunctival congestion, eyelash abnormalities (long eyelashes, thick, and more), itchy eyes, eye irritation, eyelid pigmentation (bleaching around eyes), corneal epithelial disorder (eyeache, visible Difficulty, feeling of foreign body in the eye), hirsutism of the eyelid etc. have been reported.
