水合溴苯酸钠是一种黄色到橙色的结晶粉末, 没有气味。
易溶于水, 微溶于甲醇, 几乎不溶于乙醇 (99.5), 几乎不溶于乙腈或乙醚。
药用药理学
1. 药理作用
(1) 大鼠实验性结膜水肿的抗炎作用
眼科溶液0.1%已被观察到表现出抗炎作用的实验性急性结膜水肿由花生四烯酸和卡拉胶在大鼠。
(2) 兔前房穿刺后或激光照射后对水蛋白浓度增加的抑制作用
观察到布朗克眼科溶液0.1%可显著抑制前房穿刺后或激光照射后水蛋白浓度的增加。
2. 作用机制
兔虹膜毛状体, 在使用兔肺泡巨噬细胞和绵羊的试验中, 已证实通过环氧合酶(体外)显示前列腺素系统的炎症介质产生抑制作用。
适应症
外眼和前部炎症性疾病的症状治疗[眼睑炎、结膜炎、角膜炎 (包括上阴道炎)、术后炎症]
用法与用量
通常情况下, 一次1-2 滴, 眼药水一天两次。

Bromfenac sodium eye drops were developed by Senju Corporation of Japan and marketed in Japan in 2000 under the trade name BRONUCK® OPHTHALMIC SOL UTION. It is a 5ml/spray of 0.1% bromfenac sodium ophthalmic solution. Twice a day, symptomatic treatment for inflammatory diseases of the external eye and anterior eye: orbital inflammation, conjunctivitis, strong film inflammation (including upper tympanic inflammation), postoperative inflammation, etc. A phase III clinical study of ocular inflammation, pain, and photophobia after cataract surgery has been completed in the United States. A new drug application was filed with the FDA in the second quarter of 2004 and is now available in the US under the trade name XibromTM in early March 2005. . Sodium bromfenac is one of the derivatives of 2-amino-3-benzoylphenylacetic acid, the chemical name is sodium 2-amino-3-(4-bromobenzoyl)phenylacetate, and the structure is related to ketoprofen and diclofenac Similarly, it inhibits cyclooxygenase-mediated synthesis of prostaglandins inflammatory mediators and is the most potent cyclooxygenase inhibitor with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The strength of action is other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (N 10 times that of SAIDs).
