GlashVista(Bimatoprost,0.03% 比马前列素睫毛增长液)是目前治疗睫毛少毛症的安全性和患者满意度。
GlashVista自2009年获美国(FDA) 的批准,已用于治疗睫毛贫血(治疗睫毛贫血),截至2013年10月,已在全球23个国家获得批准,而且很多已经被批准了,是日本人使用的医疗药品。
GlashVista是一种外用药物,可改善上睫毛的长度、丰富度(厚度)和厚度,用于睫毛贫血患者。

药效药理
1.对睫毛的作用
当将比马前列素0.03%溶液反复涂抹在小鼠单侧眼睑上时,观察到睫毛厚度增加。此外,通过增加具有两个毛干的毛囊的数量来增加睫毛的数量,但未观察到毛囊的总数增加。
2.作用机制
比马前列素被认为作用于睫毛的毛囊,通过延长毛发周期的生长期来促进睫毛的生长。
适应症
睫毛少毛症
用法与用量
对于每只眼睛,在该药物的涂抹器上滴1滴,每天一次,在睡前将其涂抹在上眼睑边缘的睫毛根部。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine promotes growth of eyelashes by extending anagen phase of hair growth cycle after acting on hair follicles of eyelashes.
It is usually used for the treatment of hypotrichosis of eyelashes.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions(itch, rash, etc.)to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for one eye, put a drop of this medicine on an attached brush, and apply it to the roots of eyelashes in the peripheral zone of an upper eyelid, once daily before bedtime. Strictly follow the instructions.
•This medicine is not used in eye-drops. Therefore, take care so that this medicine is not put into your eyes.
•Apply this medicine only to roots of upper eyelashes, and you should never apply it to lower eyelids.
•Wash your face before use, and apply this medicine to cleaned upper eyelids.
•Make sure that tips of a dropper and an attached brush do not touch the surface of the surroundings, fingers, etc.
•Hold an attached brush flatly, and put a drop on the nearest part of the tip of the brush. As soon as you put a drop, apply it along the outside from the inside of an upper eyelid of your one eye carefully.
•When this liquid adheres to places except upper eyelids, wipe off it with tissue paper or wash out it immediately.
•Discard the brush you have used once, and apply this medicine to the upper eyelid of the other eye by using a new brush.
•This medicine may discolor contact lenses. Therefore, when you are wearing contact lenses, you should take out your contact lenses before use, and you should wear them again at 15 minutes or later after use.
•If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember on the same day. If you remember on the following day, skip the missed dose of the day before. You should never use it more than once daily.
•If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•If you are breastfeeding, discontinue breastfeeding while using this medicine.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include conjunctival hyperemia, eye discharge (eye mucus), skin hyperpigmentation, eyelid erythema and corneal epithelium disorder (tingling feeling of eyes, itchy eyes, pain in eyes). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•deeply-colored black eyes (iris)  [iridal hyperpigmentation]
•recess of eyelids  [deepening of upper eyelid sulcus]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep the medicine out of the reach of infants and children. Store it at room temperature(1 to 30 degrees Celsius) away from direct sunlight and moisture.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
