本产品微溶于甲醇,较少溶于水或醋酸(100),几乎不溶于乙醇(95),醋酸氢化物,几乎不溶于二乙醚或己化。
本产品水溶液(1 ~ 200)的pH为6.0至9.0。
本产品随光线而变化。
药用药理学
1. 伤口愈合对实验性口腔炎的影响
对于通过将醋酸注射到口腔粘液中诱导的实验性口腔炎,阿苏林硫酸水合酸钠显著观察到伤口愈合,促进作用在浓度为40μg/mL或更多(哈姆斯塔)。 此外,它还观察到在实验伤口,如角膜上皮剥离(兔子)的愈合促进作用。
2. 火焰熄灭行动
本产品,以及显示白细胞细胞细胞原细胞抑制作用在体外,也卡拉胶素,水肿由各种抗炎物质,如dextran,卡拉胶宁尿毒等,各种 它已知能抑制实验性炎症(大鼠)。
抗炎机制,脑垂体-不通过肾上腺系统,它被认为是对炎症组织的直接局部影响。
适应症
咽炎、扁桃体炎、口腔炎、急性牙龈炎、语言炎、口腔伤口
用法与用量
通常一旦一片插入左、右一个左、右的上颚的牙龈唇过渡部分,每天四次。
应该注意的是,它被症状适当增加或减少。

临床表现
咽炎,对于口腔炎,在双盲比较测试与安慰剂作为对照药物,剂的有用性已被确认,也缩短了愈合日与Aznol片剂(包括)已观察到。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine directly acts on inflamed tissues in mucosa of the mouth and throat to suppress inflammation and promotes healing of wound.
It is usually used in the treatment of throat inflammation, tonsillitis, stomatitis, acute gingivitis, glossitis and oral wound.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•General dosage regimen: Put 1 tablet (5 mg of the active ingredient) between either of right or left upper lip and gum at a time, four times daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
•Use a dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT use double doses to make up for the missed dose.
•If you use too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: nausea, gastric discomfort (heartburn, stomach feeling heavy, churning of stomach), etc.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
