作用机理
奥利司他是一种可逆的胃肠道脂肪酶抑制剂。它通过与胃和胰腺脂肪酶的活性丝氨酸残基形成共价键而在胃腔和小肠发挥治疗活性。因此，失活的酶不能将甘油三酯形式的膳食脂肪水解为可吸收的自由脂肪酸和单甘酯。由于未消化的甘油三酯没有被吸收，因此产生的热量不足可能对体重控制有积极影响。
适应症及用法

环孢素：当XENICAL与环孢素联合应用时，环孢素血浆水平降低。
