阿考替胺（アコファイド錠）是日本安斯特莱斯制药公司与泽里新药株式会社联合开发的功能性消化不良（FD）治疗用药，于2013年6月6日率先在日本上市。阿考替胺是全球第一个FD治疗用药，临床试验已经该药对于按照功能性胃肠道疾病诊断标准-ROME Ⅲ诊断为FD的患者具有良好的治疗有效性。

白色至淡黄色的晶体或结晶性粉末。N, n-二甲基甲酰胺微溶于, 不易溶于甲醇和乙醇(99.5)、水, 几乎不溶于2-丙醇和乙腈, 很难溶于丙酮。几乎不溶于乙酸乙酯和已烷。

药用药理学
1. 消化道多动活性
结果表明, 大鼠犬晚期胃前庭运动增强, 胃前庭运动的影响。 此外, 还显示了改善氯硝定诱导的犬和大鼠胃前庭运动的效果。
2. 胃分泌延迟改善的效果
结果表明, 氯硝定诱导大鼠胃分泌延迟的改善效果。
3. 作用机制
显示乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制作用。

用法与用量
通常情况下, 成人每天口服三次, 一次100mg 作为盐酸阿胺盐水合物, 前后。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine improves gastrointestinal motility and promotes excretion of stomach contents by inhibiting
acetylcholinesterase activities.
It is usually used for the treatment of postprandial fullness, upper abdominal bloating, and early satiation due to
functional dyspepsia.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

・In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (100mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day before meals. Strictly

・Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
