阿考替胺(アコファイド錠 )是日本安斯特莱斯制药公司与泽里新药株式会社联合开发的功能性消化不良（FD）治疗用药，于2013年6月6日率先在日本上市。阿考替胺是全球第一个FD治疗用药，临床试验已经该药对于按照功能性胃肠道疾病诊断标准-ROME Ⅲ诊断为FD的患者具有良好的治疗有效性。

白色至淡黄色的晶体或结晶性粉末。N, n-二甲基甲酰胺微溶于, 不易溶于甲醇和乙醇(99.5)、水, 几乎不溶于2-丙醇和乙腈, 很难溶于丙酮。几乎不溶于乙酸乙酯和已烷。

药用药理学
1. 消化道多动活性

Functional dyspepsia
