Cytotec（Misoprostol，中文译名：米索前列醇）是第一个应用临床的PGE（前列腺素E）衍生物，对各种溃疡（十二指肠溃疡除外）均有明显疗效。目前一般作为治疗溃疡病的二线药物，主要用于难治性溃疡病或反复发作者.

淡黄色粘稠液体，带有霉味。 与乙醇（95），乙醚，氯仿和乙酸乙酯混溶，极难溶于水和己烷。
分配系数
当分配到pH 4.0、7.0、9.0的缓冲溶液-氯仿体系中时，pH值没有影响，在氯仿层中的分配几乎为100％，并且没有观察到在水层中的分配。
药效药理
1.抑制胃酸分泌
（1）基本分泌物
将200μg米索前列醇口服给健康成人（男孩）一次，给药后30到150分钟2小时，酸分泌量被抑制了85.4％。
（2）刺激性胃泌素和盐酸贝他唑的分泌
将200μg米索前列醇口服给健康成人（男性和女性）一次后，肌肉注射四胃泌素4μg/kg和盐酸苯唑1mg/kg刺激后2小时的酸分泌量被抑制了28.4％和分别为47.9％。
（3）夜间分泌物
当对健康成年人（男性和女性）口服一次200μg米索前列醇7个小时后，夜间的酸分泌量被抑制了47.9％。
（4）对幽门结扎的大鼠的基础分泌具有抑制作用，对狗的组织胺刺激的分泌具有抑制作用。
2.黏膜保护作用
（1）对胃粘膜血流动力学的影响
向健康成人（男孩）单次口服200μg米索前列醇可使粘膜血容量增加8.5-27.3％，并且整个胃内均匀增加。
（2）对胃粘液分泌的作用
大鼠胃黏膜黏液层厚度增加，管腔黏液中糖蛋白含量增加。
（3）对十二指肠碳酸氢根离子分泌的作用
1）当从最低剂量开始向健康成年人（男性和女性）口服米索前列醇50、100、200、400μg时，十二指肠近端和远端的碳酸氢根离子分泌在100μg及以上时增加。
2）大鼠十二指肠碳酸氢根离子分泌增加。
（4）对胃粘膜电位差的影响
在狗中，阿司匹林引起的胃粘膜电位差的降低受到抑制。
（5）对实验性胃黏膜损伤的影响
1）当向健康成人（男孩）服用200μg米索前列醇时，它对胃粘膜上喷洒80％乙醇引起的粘膜损伤具有抑制作用。
2）在大鼠中，即使以不抑制酸分泌的剂量，对无水乙醇，盐酸，盐酸-乙醇，盐酸阿司匹林，阿司匹林，胆汁酸，泼尼松龙和压力引起的胃粘膜损伤也具有抑制作用。
3.非甾体类抗炎药对胃和十二指肠粘膜损伤的作用
（1）在健康的成年人（男性和女性）中，它对阿司匹林，布洛芬和托美汀引起的胃和十二指肠粘膜损伤以及萘普生引起的胃粘膜损伤具有抑制作用。
（2）在患有关节炎的患者（男性和女性）中，在连续服用非甾体类抗炎药的情况下，口服米索前列醇800μg/天连续12周，未发现溃疡，也未见胃和十二指肠粘膜损伤。抑制作用。此外，在患有骨关节炎的患者（男性和女性）中，连续服用非甾体类抗炎药口服米索前列醇400μg/天或800μg/天，也可以抑制胃溃疡的发展。
适应症
长期服用非甾体类抗炎药可见胃和十二指肠溃疡
用法与用量
通常，对于成年人，每天口服4次200μg米索前列醇（每餐后和就寝前）。
剂量可以根据患者的年龄和症状进行调整。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine suppresses gastric acid secretion and protects gastric mucosa.
It is usually used to treat gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer attributable to long-term administration of nonsteroidalantiinflammatory drugs.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions(itch, rash, etc.)to any medicines.
・If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant/possibly getting pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinaleffects.Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is(to be written by a healthcare professional)
・In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (200mcg of the active ingredient) at a time, 4times a day, after each meal andbefore bedtime.The dosage maybeadjustedaccording to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule from the next meal. You shouldnever take two doses at one time.
・If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
・Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Precautions while taking this medicine
・This medicine has been reported to cause uterine contraction and spontaneous abortion.If a woman takes thismedicine, receive an adequate explanation for the following points from doctor or pharmacist.
-Make sure that you are not pregnant.
-Avoid pregnancy while taking this medicine.
-If you notice any signs of pregnancy, stop taking this medicine and consult with your doctor immediately.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include diarrhea/loose stool, abdominal pain, abdominal bloating,nausea, indigestion, rash, itch and hives. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicatedin brackets.If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor
immediately.
・respiratory distress, shivering, facial pallor [shock, anaphylaxis]
