药品简介
Solon（Sofalcone，ソロン 中文译名：索法酮）是临床使用的胃溃疡剂，本品能增加胃血流量、扩张胃粘膜血管、增加胃组织耗氧量、促进胃粘膜修复、增加胃壁构成成分、增加胃组织内列腺素含量，主要通过增强防御因子而对消化性溃疡发挥良好的效果。

药效药理
1.对实验性溃疡的作用
它分别抑制幽门结扎，应激，利血平，苯丁氮酮，组胺和酸性阿司匹林诱发的大鼠溃疡，并促进针对大鼠醋酸盐溃疡和豚鼠组胺溃疡的溃疡愈合。
2.对实验性胃炎的作用
它对牛磺胆酸钠和N-甲基-亚硝基胍引起的慢性萎缩性胃肠道炎症具有治疗作用。
3.对急性胃粘膜病变的作用
用阿司匹林和50％乙醇抑制大鼠急性胃粘膜病变。
4.胃粘膜保护作用
用0.6N盐酸和100％乙醇抑制大鼠胃粘膜损伤。
5.增加胃血流量
氢气清除法和交叉热电偶法增加了大鼠的胃组织血流量，而电磁血流计方法增加了犬的胃短动脉血流量。
6.胃黏膜血管舒张作用
它通过生物定位视频观察法和透明标本法显示了大鼠胃粘膜的血管舒张作用。
7.胃组织耗氧量增加作用
在血管内氧分压测量中，增加了狗的胃组织耗氧量。
8.胃黏膜修复促进作用
在大鼠乙酸溃疡的组织学检查中显示出胃粘膜再生促进作用。
9.胃壁成分增加作用
它增加了大鼠胃粘膜高糖蛋白硫酸盐酶的活性，并增加了应激，阿司匹林和乙酸溃疡中胃壁硫酸化粘膜物质的量。
它也抑制了胃粘膜中高分子糖蛋白的减少以及大鼠应激性溃疡，急性胃粘膜损伤和牛磺胆酸钠引起的胃肠道炎症中生物合成能力的下降。
10.胃粘液对胃粘膜黏附的影响
通过100％乙醇给药，可抑制大鼠胃粘膜中黏液糖蛋白向胃液的释放，并保持胃粘膜的粘附性。
11.增强胃黏膜黏液的作用
从猪胃中收集的粘液中，粘度增加，氢离子的渗透性受到抑制，胃蛋白酶活性受到抑制。
12.对金属蛋白酶产生的抑制作用
抑制牛磺酸胆酸钠诱导的大鼠胃肠道炎症从培养的胃组织细胞中产生金属蛋白酶。
13.对胃粘膜细胞瘤形成的影响
在以3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷增殖细胞的标记率作为指标的胃粘膜细胞瘤形成检查中，牛磺胆酸钠引起的大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的胃粘膜细胞瘤形成得到增强。
14.对胃组织前列腺素水平的影响
增加兔子（体外），大鼠，猪和患有胃溃疡的患者的胃粘膜前列腺素水平。其作用机理是通过抑制前列腺素降解酶15-羟基前列腺素脱氢酶（15-OH-PG-DH）的活性。它也抑制牛磺胆酸钠引起的大鼠胃肠道炎症中15-OH-PG-DH活性的增加和前列腺素水平的降低。
15.抗氧化作用
它抑制了由于缺血再灌注引起的大鼠胃粘膜损害，而缺血再灌注被认为与活性氧有关，并降低了硫代巴比妥酸反应物，后者是脂质过氧化的指标。
16.对幽门螺杆菌的作用
它具有抗幽门螺杆菌的抗菌活性，并具有抑制细菌细胞和胃粘液之间粘附的作用（体外）。
适应症
改善以下疾病的胃粘膜病变（开裂，出血，发红，浮肿）
急性胃炎，慢性胃炎的急性加重期
胃溃疡
用法与用量
通常，对于成年人，每天口服3次，每次100mg。剂量可以根据您的年龄和症状进行调整。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is mainly effective for helping recovery of gastric mucosa by increasing blood flow in gastric wall mucosa. It is usually used to improve gastric mucosal lesion in acute exacerbation phase of acute/chronic gastritis, and to treat gastric ulcer.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products.(Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

General dosage regimen: For adults, take 0.5 g (100 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. It should be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
Take a dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
