药效药理
抗菌作用
阿莫西林水合物显示对幽门螺杆菌具有杀菌的抗菌作用。
作用机理
阿莫西林水合物显示出通过抑制细菌细胞壁合成的效果。
胃壁细胞的兰索拉唑的H+，其结合到K+-ATP酶的SH基团，通过抑制酶活性，增加胃内pH抑制酸分泌。
甲硝唑受到减少由幽门螺杆菌的硝基还原酶系统的反应幽门体内，变化到亚硝基化合物（R-NO）。该R-NO表示对幽门螺杆菌的杀菌活性。另外，羟基自由基的反应，以切割该DNA，从而导致DNA螺旋结构的不稳定的过程中产生。
适应症
敏感性甲硝唑阿莫西林，和幽门螺杆菌
主治
胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡，胃MALT淋巴瘤，特发性血小板减少性紫癜，早期胃癌的幽门螺旋杆菌感染在胃内窥镜切除术，幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎后。
有关的功效和作用的预防措施
根除幽门螺杆菌治疗的晚期胃MALT淋巴瘤的有效性尚未确立。
特发性血小板减少性紫癜，是指像的准则，只有通过进行患者的幽门螺杆菌除菌疗法的灭菌处理被认为是合适的。
除了内窥镜切除后的胃是早期胃癌，针对由幽门螺杆菌除菌疗法抑制胃癌的发作功效尚未建立。
当用于幽门螺杆菌感染胃炎，并确认它是一个幽门螺杆菌感染胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性和内窥镜检查。
用法・用量
本品质子泵抑制剂，是治疗根除幽门螺杆菌通过水合阿莫西林和克拉霉素不成功的三个药品监督管理局
一般，一旦为30mg作为兰索拉对于成年人来说，一旦将750mg（效价），为阿莫西林水合物和一次三种药物在为250mg灭滴灵的一天两次的同时，通过口服给药7天。

Approval of Lampion® Pack in Japan for Secondary Eradication of Helicobacter pylori
16, 2010 -Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited ("Takeda") today announced that Lampion® Pack for secondary eradication of Helicobacter pylori[*] (“H. Pylori”) was approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Lampion Pack is a single pack containing lansoprazole (Japanese brand name: Takepron® Capsules 30), amoxicillin hydrate (Japanese brand name: Amolin® Capsules 250) and metronidazole.
A triple therapy with a proton pump inhibitor, amoxicillin hydrate and clarithromycin is the first eradication of H. Pylori for gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric MALT lymphoma, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and the stomach after endoscopic resection of early stage gastric cancer in Japan. In cases where H. Pylori is still not eradicated with this treatment, a secondary triple therapy regimen, replacing clarithromycin with metronidazole is also approved in Japan. Lampion Pack contains all three drugs required to be taken each day and provides better administration compliance for secondary eradication, which is expected to increase efficacy for secondary eradication of H. Pylori.
The infection ratio of H. Pylori in Japan is higher than Western countries. In addition to currently available Lansap® for the first eradication of H. Pylori, Lampion Pack for the second eradication of H. Pylori is expected to provide a meaningful contribution to eradication of H. Pylori for patients and healthcare professionals.

Effects of this medicine
Takepron capsules 30 suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting proton pump in the gastric mucosa, thereby enhancing the effects of the antibiotics (AMOLIN CAPSULES 250 and Flagyl Oral Tablets 250mg) which exert antibacterial actions against Helicobacter pylori.
Usually, used for control of Helicobacter pylori infection of the stomach in gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric MALT lymphoma, or idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, or after endoscopic therapy for early-stage gastric carcinoma.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you have infectious mononucleosis, renal disorder, blood disorder (except idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura), brain/bone marrow disease, or liver disorder.
If you or your parent(s) or sibling(s) is predisposed to allergic reactions, e.g., bronchial asthma, rash.
If you are incapable of ingesting an adequate amount of diet.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•General dosage regimen: for adults, take 1 capsule of Takepron capsules 30 (30 mg of lansoprazole), 3 capsules of AMOLIN CAPSULES 250 (750 mg [potency] of amoxicillin hydrate) and 1 tablet of Flagyl Oral Tablets 250mg (250 mg of metronidazole) at a time, twice a day for 7 days. This medicine is supplied in blister packs, each containing one morning and one evening (good for 1 day) doses (each dose: 1 capsule of Takepron capsules 30, 3 capsules of AMOLIN CAPSULES 250 and 1 tablet of Flagyl Oral Tablets 250mg). Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
•If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If there is less than 5 hours to the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at your regular time. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
•If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•Avoid alcohol drinking during treatment with the medicine. (symptoms of hangover such as abdominal pain, vomiting and hot flush may appear)
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
After your taking the medicine, gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, etc. may occur. If any of them occurs, follow the advice given below according to symptoms.
In case of slight diarrhea:
Do not adjust or reduce the amount and/or frequency of dose at your discretion but continue following your regular dosing schedule until the last dose (i.e., for 7 days). If the symptoms get worse during continued medication, check with your doctor/pharmacist.
In case of diarrhea accompanied with fever and abdominal pain or diarrhea containing mucus or blood:
In such instance, stop taking the medicine at once and contact your doctor/pharmacist.
Common side effects reported besides the above are as follows. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: headache, taste abnormality, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, upper abdominal pain, enlarged feeling of abdomen, constipation, increased frequency of defecation, dry mouth, oral candidiasis, rash, itching, dizziness, sleepiness, malaise, fever, gynecomastia, black stool, etc.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•ill feeling, sweating, breathlessness, rash, facial swelling, convulsion [shock, anaphylactic reaction]
•dullness, fever, shortness of breath, nasal bleeding/subcutaneous hemorrhage, red-brown urine [pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, decreased platelet count, anemia]
•yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dullness, loss of appetite [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
•fever, general malaise, eruptions on/reddening of the skin and eyes and eruptions/reddening in the mouth [toxic epidermal necrolysis, mucocutaneous-ocular syndrome, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis]
•fever, dry cough, breathlessness [interstitial pneumonia]
•fever, eruption, joint pain [interstitial nephritis]
•decreased urination output, swelling of face and hands/feet, fever [acute renal failure, serious renal disorder]
•abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea, blood in stool [serious colitis]
•numbness, pain and sensory paralysis in the hands/feet [peripheral neuropathy]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
