链霉蛋白酶是由放线菌灰色链霉菌产生的蛋白水解酶。
性状
链霉蛋白酶为白色至浅棕色粉末，略有异味，味微苦。
微溶于水，几乎不溶于乙醇或乙醚。
水溶液（1→100）的pH值为6.7至8.3。
处理注意事项
警告
由于该药物容易扩散，尤其在大量处理时可能会引起过敏症状（打喷嚏、流鼻涕等），因此最好采取一般防护措施，例如使用口罩。
药效药理
该药是一种蛋白水解酶制剂，通过裂解粘蛋白糖蛋白粘蛋白的肽键来溶解和去除胃粘液，粘蛋白是胃粘液的主要成分。
(1) 粘蛋白粘度降低作用（体外）
链霉蛋白酶（10-5,000单位/mL）以浓度和时间依赖性方式降低粘蛋白粘度，最佳pH值为 7.0-1.0。
(2)犬胃粘液溶解和去除作用的内镜研究（体内）
使用 Beagle 犬通过胃镜检查链霉蛋白酶的胃粘液溶解作用的结果，常规测试方法和色素去除方法都存在剂量依赖性，因为链霉蛋白酶的给药量（0、5,000、20,000单位/个体）。附着在胃黏膜表面的颗粒减少，胃黏膜图像清晰。
(3)人胃粘液的降粘作用（体外）
研究链霉蛋白酶（0、100、300单位/毫升）对从胃病患者采集的胃粘液的降粘作用的结果，分别为43.1%和68.3%的链霉蛋白酶100和300单位/毫升与对照的胃粘液粘度相比，观察到显着的(p<0.01)粘液降低作用。
适应症
胃镜中胃粘液的溶解与清除
用法与用量
在测试前15至30分钟，将20,000个单位的链霉蛋白酶溶解在约50至80毫升的水中，并加入1克碳酸氢钠并口服给药。
临床结果
以粘液量、局部病变观察能力等为指标的双盲研究和一般临床试验，作为胃内镜应用案例（日本4家，186例）采用色素去除法的综合评价的测试等为“良好”或更高，68.8% (128/186)。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is protease which breaks the bond of peptides which are the main components of gastric mucus. It will break down and remove gastric mucus.
It is usually used to lyse and remove gastric mucus in gastroscopy, then it is easily to diagnose using endoscope.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have inner stomach bleeding (blood vomiting/melena).
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, dissolve 0.5 g (20,000 units of the active ingredient) in 50 to 80 mL of water with 1 g of sodium bicarbonate and take it 15 to 30 minutes before gastroscopy. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, consult with your doctor or nurse before gastroscopy. You should not take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include stomach bleeding. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
