Gaslon（Irsogladine Maleate）是由日本新药株式会社研制开发成功的一种新型氨基三嗪类抗溃疡药, 1989年首次上市, 具有疗效好, 剂量小, 毒性低, 不良反应少等优点；是目前唯一的日服一次的胃粘膜保护剂。本药是促进胃粘膜上皮再生的新型防御机能增强剂, 也是促进胃溃疡组织修复的根治性药物。

药效药理
作用机制
它通过抑制胃黏膜表面上皮细胞的细胞间隙扩张和由于胃黏膜疾病（胃酸等）引起的胃黏膜血流减少而发挥细胞防御作用。认为这些作用与胃粘膜cAMP增加作用和细胞-细胞通讯激活作用(通过促进组织结合物增强粘膜抵抗力和屏障功能)有关。
对实验性溃疡的作用
水浸约束应激性溃疡（大鼠）、乙醇溃疡（大鼠）、Shay 溃疡（大鼠）、消炎痛溃疡（大鼠）、组胺溃疡（豚鼠）（大鼠）、阿司匹林溃疡（大鼠）、一氯胺溃疡（大鼠）、假想对血液再灌注胃黏膜疾病（大鼠）等急性实验性溃疡和醋酸性胃溃疡（大鼠）、电灼性溃疡（狗）等慢性实验性溃疡，抗溃疡以1～10mg/kg的低剂量给药。剂量依赖性方式。显示作用。
对实验性胃炎的作用
对乙醇诱导的胃炎、牛磺胆酸诱导的萎缩性胃炎和氨诱导的胃黏膜损伤（大鼠）具有剂量依赖性的抑制或促进愈合作用。
细胞防御
防止胃内注射0.2N盐酸引起的胃黏膜上皮脱落，并抑制细胞间隙（大鼠）的扩张。
抑制胃黏膜上皮细胞的剥落和脱落，防止因口服无水乙醇（大鼠）引起的胃黏膜损伤。
0.2N抑制胃黏膜疾病如盐酸和乙醇（大鼠）的胃黏膜渗透。
胃黏膜血流改善作用
醋酸溃疡边缘黏膜血流量以剂量依赖性方式增加（狗），并且抑制一氯胺诱导的胃黏膜血流量减少（大鼠）。
抗炎作用
抑制各种兴奋剂（体外）从人激活的中性粒细胞中产生活性氧。
它在缺血再灌注胃粘膜损伤中抑制TNF-α的产生，并以MPO活性为指标（大鼠）抑制炎症细胞浸润到胃粘膜中。
它以浓度依赖性方式（体外）抑制人胃粘膜上皮细胞和幽门螺杆菌共培养系统中炎性细胞因子IL-8和RANTES 的产生。
细胞间通讯激活效果
在使用培养的兔胎胃粘膜上皮细胞的染料偶联方法中，它表现出细胞间通讯激活作用（体外）。

用法与用量
成人剂量为4毫克（GaslonN/OD片剂 2毫克：2片），每天分1至 2次口服给药。
