性　状
氧化镁是白色粉末或粒，没有香味。几乎不溶于水、乙醇(95)或二乙醚。溶于希盐酸中。在空气中吸收湿气和二氧化碳。
处理上的注意
1.本药剂会受到湿气的影响，开封后请尽快使用。另外，开封后请在干燥处存放。
2.安定性考试
最终使用包装产品的加速试验(40圈，相对湿度75%，6个月)结果显示，magmmet细粒83%在正常市场流通过程中3年内是稳定的。
药效药理
该药在胃内具有抗酸作用，此时不会产生二氧化碳，因此刺激少。氧化镁1g可以中和约500ml的0.1mol/l盐酸。因为水里不溶性，所以和碳酸氢钠相比，制酸性较晚，而且作用时间也较长。肠道内将形成重碳酸盐，通过提高肠内的渗透压，将肠道内的水分吸引到肠道内腔，使肠道内容软化，肠道内容膨胀，刺激肠管扩展，促使排便。
适应症
〇改善下述疾病的抗酸作用和症状
〇胃溃疡(包括急性慢性胃炎、药性胃炎)、上消化器官功能异常(包括神经性胃溃疡、所谓的胃下垂症、胃酸过多症)
〇便秘症
〇预防尿路草酸钙结石
用法与用量
〇用抗酸剂的情况
作为氧化镁，通常成年人每天要分几次服用0.5 ~ 1.0g的药物。
〇作为泻药使用的情况
作为氧化镁，通常成年人每天在饭前、饭后服用2g，或者在就寝前服用一次。〇在预防尿路草酸钙结石使用的情况
作为氧化镁，通常成年人1天的0.2 ~ 0.6克与大量的水一起口服。另外，任何情况都根据年龄、症状适当增减。

Effects of this medicine
