近日，新型聚乙二醇制剂Movicol LD和Movicol HD（统称为：Movicol）获日本厚生劳动省批准上市，用于2岁及以上儿童和成人患者。
Movicol®是一种粉末状药物，在给药前溶解于水，可以适当增加或减少剂量，以获得理想的粪便稠度。其主要成分聚乙二醇(macrogol 4000)的渗透压来增加肠道内的水分保留，增加粪便水分，软化粪便，增加粪便体积，生理上激活结肠的蠕动，促进排便。 モビコール配合内用剤LD／モビコール配合内用剤HD

作用机制
本药为含有Macrogol 4000和电解质的制剂，主要由于Macrogol 4000的理化性质具有高渗透作用，并在消化道中保留水分，导致剂量依赖性大便的排出。
适应症
慢性便秘（不包括器质性便秘）
用法与用量
该药物溶于水并口服给药。
对于2-7岁的婴儿，1包美比考复方内服LD（以下简称LD）每天口服一次，作为初始剂量。之后可根据患者的症状调整剂量，每日口服1～3次，最多2包或1个HD包）。但是，剂量应每隔2天或更长时间增加一次，每日剂量应增加到1 LD包。
对于7至12岁的儿童，每天口服一次2 LD或1 HD作为初始剂量。之后，可根据患者的症状调整剂量，每日口服1～3次。但是，剂量应每隔2天或更长时间增加一次，每日剂量应增加到1 LD包。
成人和12岁以上儿童的常用初始剂量为2 LD或1 HD，每天口服一次。之后，可根据患者的症状调整剂量，每日口服1～3次。然而，剂量应每隔2天或更长时间增加一次，每日剂量应增加到2个LD或1个HD。

A new dosage form of polyethylene glycol MOVICOL is used in Japan for the oral treatment of chronic constipation in children and adults.
On May 24, 2022, EA Pharma and Mochida successfully launched the chronic constipation treatment drug "MOVICOL HD".
MOVICOL HD is a high-dose formulation of the existing "MOVICOL LD", polyethylene glycol for the treatment of chronic constipation. MOVICOL HD contains the same active ingredients as MOVICOL LD, and each sachet of MOVICOL HD has twice the content of MOVICOL LD. For patients who have previously used MOVICOL LD per dose/package, MOVICOL HD can save time and effort in opening multiple small packages, increasing convenience, reducing financial burden and reducing packaging waste.
MOVICOL LD and MOVICOL HD (collectively referred to as "MOVICOL") are intended for use in pediatric and adult patients 2 years of age and older. MOVICOL is a powdered medication that is dissolved in water prior to administration, and the dose can be increased or decreased to obtain ideal stools Consistency. MOVICOL increases the water retention in the intestinal tract through the osmotic pressure of its main component polyethylene glycol(macrogol 4000), increases stool moisture, softens stool, increases stool volume, physiologically activates colonic peristalsis, and promotes defecation.
The preva lence of constipation is high in both young women and older men/women. In pediatric patients, symptoms of constipation can become particularly severe. Symptoms of constipation include decreased bowel movements, poor bowel movements, and hard stools. When symptoms become chronic, many patients experience a decline in quality of life (QOL).
