药用药理学
1. 作用机制
该制剂在胃酸性条件下通过去干钙成为聚碳水化合物, 在小肠、大肠、肿胀、凝胶等中性条件下表现出较高的吸水率。腹泻和便秘被认为是通过消化道保水作用和胃肠道内容物的调节作用来表达其作用的。
(1) 消化道的保水作用
在大鼠中, 在不影响肠道水分泌的情况下, 在肠道中保留水分。
(2) 控制胃肠道运输的内容
在小鼠和大鼠中, 抑制消化道内容物的迁移得到增强, 改善消化道内容物的转运被推迟。
2. 腹泻抑制效果
小鼠对大鼠和狗的腹泻模型有抑制作用, 并没有诱发便秘。
3. 便秘改善效果
大鼠和狗的肠道质量增加, 但对大鼠便秘模型有改善作用, 腹泻没有诱发。
适应症
肠易激综合征(腹泻、便秘)和消化症状中的肠异常
用法与用量
通常情况下, 成人1天的量1.5 ~ 3.0克作为总碳水化合物钙(片剂: 3至6片, 细: 1.8至3.6克)分为三次, 饭后用水口服。
临床结果
肠易激综合征(腹泻、便秘)和胃肠道症状(给药期: 2周至3个月)患者的一般临床试验(给药期: 2周至3个月)和双盲试验(给药期: 2周)批准剂使用剂量为1.5 ~ 3.0gday/min 3(" 改善)为 63.5 (35553例), 疗效观察。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine absorbs water, swells and turns into a gel in the gastrointestinal tract to control transport of thegastrointestinal contents, thus preventing diarrhea and improving constipation.
It is usually used for the treatment of abnormal bowel movements (diarrhea and constipation) and gastrointestinalsymptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: acute abdominal disease (appendicitis, intestinal haemorrhage, ulcerative colitis), a risk of developinggastrointestinal obstruction such as postoperative ileus, hypercalcaemia, calculus in the kidney, renal failure or ahistory of total gastric resection.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinaleffects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is<< to be written by a healthcare professional>>
・In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 tablet/s (500 to 1000 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times daily, aftermeals, with plenty of water (approximately 1 cup). Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip themissed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
・If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
・Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse include rash, itching, nausea/vomiting, thirst, abdomen enlarged feeling,diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain and edema. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor orpharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicatedin brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctorimmediately.
