力保加20%脂肪乳劑輸注液

作用/用途：脂肪乳剂/营养剂
適 應 症：提供無法正常進時或攝取量不足之成人所需脂肪　
用法用量 
1. 成人- 10%，前15-30分鐘流速：1ml/min，無不良反應後才增加為2 ml/min，首日僅用500ml，次日後再漸增，每日劑量不可超過2.5g/kg。
20%，前15-30分鐘流速：0.5ml/min，首日僅用500ml，次日後再漸增，每日劑量不可超過3g/kg。
2. 兒童- 10%，前10-15分鐘流速：0.1ml/min，20%，前10-15分鐘流速：0.05ml/min，如無不良反應後，可在4小時內增加為1g/kg，每日劑量不可超過3g/kg。
3. 早產兒-起始量為0.5g fat/kg/24小時，隨後再依代謝率而定。最大量為3g/kg/24小時。　
副作用：立即性：缺氧、發紺、高血脂症、 噁心、嘔吐、流汗、體溫升高。
長期性：
肝腫大、脾腫大、血小板及白血球減少、肝功能檢查指數升高。　
注意事項 
可由中央靜脈導管或周邊靜脈輸注　
禁　　忌 
無法正常代謝脂肪的病患，對成份過敏者。
