抗真菌新药Diflucan（fluconazole，ジフルカンカプセル，中文译名：氟康唑）胶囊是一种用于治疗念珠菌属外阴阴道炎的阴道炎的治疗方法” “（念珠菌性阴道炎）并获准生产和销售新的剂量方案和剂量。该药物在日本首次获准上市。
这次批准的外阴阴道念珠菌病是在女性生殖器官感染中常规发现的一种疾病，通常由于压力或抗生素治疗而发展，并感到瘙痒春分异常。据估计，该国需要治疗的患者人数估计约为310万，其中约40％的人接受了未经治疗的耐受性调查。建议每日使用阴道片剂/阴道栓剂治疗阴道念珠菌病，或每周一次，建议将这些治疗方法与局部应用相结合。

氟康酮是一种白色至淡黄色的结晶粉末。乙醇（99.5）有点易溶于水。溶解在稀盐酸中。
药效药理
1. 抗真菌作用
（1）氟康酮对念珠菌属和隐球菌属表现出体外抗真菌活性。 念珠菌属和隐球菌属的最小生长抑制浓度（MIC）如下表所示。
（2）在小鼠感染防御实验中，使用念珠菌属和隐球菌属的病原体，氟康酮表现出比传统的依米达索抗真菌剂更强的效果。
2. 作用机制
氟康酮在真菌细胞中表现出抗真菌作用，通过抑制膜成分的ergost醇生物合成。 此外，它显示了真菌酵母型生长相和真菌丝型生长相的生长抑制。 氟康酮的ergost醇生物合成抑制作用对真菌有选择性，对大鼠肝细胞固醇生物合成的影响较小。
临床分离菌株的抗真菌活性

MIC测量采用微量液体稀释方法，使用 RPIMI1640 介质，在0.165M MOPS和10N NaOH 中调整为pH7.0。
适应症
念珠菌和隐球菌感染
真菌血症、呼吸道真菌病、胃肠道真菌病、尿路真菌病、真菌脑膜炎
造血干细胞移植患者深层真菌病的预防
念珠菌引起的膀胱炎和外阴炎
用法与用量
成人
念珠菌病
通常，成人每天口服50至100mg作为氟康酮。
隐球菌病
通常，成人每天口服50至200mg作为氟康酮。
在严重或难治性真菌感染的情况下，可以增加到400mg作为每日剂量。
造血干细胞移植患者深层真菌病的预防
成人每天口服400mg作为氟康酮。
念珠菌引起的膀胱炎和外阴炎
通常，成人口服150mg作为氟康酮一次。
儿童
念珠菌病
通常，儿童每天口服3mg/kg作为氟康酮一次。
隐球菌病
通常，儿童每天口服3至6mg/kg作为氟康酮。
在严重或难治性真菌感染的情况下，可以增加到12mg/kg作为每日剂量。
造血干细胞移植患者深层真菌病的预防
对于儿童，每天口服12mg/kg作为氟康酮一次。
另外，根据患者的状态适当减肥。
然而，不要超过400毫克作为每日量。
新生儿
新生儿直到出生后14天，每72小时给儿童施用与氟康酮相同的剂量。
新生儿在出生后15天后，每48小时给与儿童相同的剂量作为氟康酮。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a triazole antifungal drug and shows effects on fungal infections in the body by suppressing growth of fungus (akind of mold).
It is usually used to treat fungemia, respiratory mycosis, gastrointestinal mycosis, urinary tract mycosis and fungal meningitisdue to candida or cryptococcus, and candida vaginitis and candida vulvovaginitis.
It is also used to prevent deep mycosis in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: renal disorder, liver disorder, cardiac disease or electrolyte abnormality.
If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant, or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects.
Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines)

For Adults:
For treatment of candidiasis: in general, take 50 to 100 mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day.
For treatment of cryptococcosis: in general, take 50 to 200 mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day.In addition,for severe or intractable fungal infections, the dosage may be increased up to 400 mg of the active ingredient per day.
For treatment of candida vaginitis and candida vulvovaginitis: in general, take 150 mg of the active ingredient at a time(single dose).
For prophylaxis of the incidence of deep mycosis in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: in general,take 400 mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day.
For Children:
For treatment of candidiasis: in general, take 3mg/kg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day.
For treatment of cryptococcosis: in general, take 3to 6mg/kg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day. In addition,for severe or intractable fungal infections, the dosage may be increased up to 12 mg/kg per day.
For prophylaxis of the incidence of deep mycosis in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: in general,take 12 mg/kg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day. The dosage may be decreased according to the condition.
The maximum daily dose is 400 mg.
For Neonates:
For neonates up to 14 days of age, give the same dosage of the active ingredient as children every 72 hours.
For neonates 15 days after birth, give the same dosage of the active ingredient as children every 48 hours.
This preparation contains 100 mg of the active ingredient in a capsule. In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose and remember it within the dosing day, take the missed dose as soon as possible. You should never taketwo doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, diarrhea, rash, edema and fever. If any of these symptomsoccur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated inbrackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
angioedema, face edema, itch [shock, anaphylaxis]
high fever, erythema, stomatitis [toxic epidermal necrolysis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome]
bleeding tendency (easy to bleed and prolonged bleeding), purpura, malaise [hematological disorder]
decreased urine output,edema of hands/feet and face, general malaise [acute renal failure]
general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the white of eyes [liver disorder]
