药用药理学
1.抗真菌作用
硝酸环氧康唑具有广谱的针对酵母样真菌，二形真菌（临床分离株）等的抗菌谱，其MIC为10μg/ mL或更低。
2.行动机制
硝酸奥康唑的抗真菌活性通过直接细胞膜破坏作用发挥作用。 此外，麦角甾醇合成抑制作用涉及低浓度范围内的部分生长抑制作用。

用法与用量
阴道片剂：100mg
每天一次,将1片药片插入阴道深处，继续使用6天。
如果无法获得真菌效果（主要效果），则每天一次继续使用100毫克恶唑阴道片剂1片，持续6天。
阴道片：600毫克
每周一次将1片药片插入阴道深度。
如果不能获得真菌效果（主要作用），则进一步使用600mg恶唑阴道片剂。
临床结果
包括双盲对照研究在内的537名临床试验受试者的有效率超过有效率如下。

Effects of this medicine
