用法用量
[肺结核等结核病]
成人,一次450毫克(效价)利福平(3粒)每日一次每日口服给药。然而,当有一个感性组合剂可以是在两天,每周施用。
作为一般规则和早餐前禁食给药,以增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。此外,在与其它抗结核剂组合是理想。
[非结核分枝杆菌病,包括MAC疾病]
成人,一次450毫克(效价)利福平(3粒)每日一次每日口服给药。
作为一般规则和早餐前禁食给药,年龄,症状,并根据体重调整,每日最大剂量不超过600毫克(效价)(4胶囊)。
[麻风病]
成人,一次600毫克(效价)利福平(4-胶囊)一次或两次,每天一次口服给药一个月一次450毫克(效价)(3粒)一天。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a chemotherapeutic agent and shows antibacterial effect by inhibiting RNA synthesis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis or Mycobacterium leprae.
It is usually used to treat pulmonary tuberculosis, other tuberculosis, nontuberculous mycobacteriosis including Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC), and Hansen's disease.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have biliary atresia or liver disorder.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
For pulmonary tuberculosis and other tuberculosis: In general, for adults, take 3 capsules [450 mg (potency) of the active ingredient] at a time, once daily, everyday. However, if you need to take other antituberculosis medicines concomitantly, you may be instructed to take the medicine 2 days a week. Take the medicine before breakfast on an empty stomach in principle. The dosage may be adjusted according to your age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
For nontuberculous mycobacteriosis including MAC: In general, for adults, take 3 capsules [450 mg (potency) of the active ingredient] at a time, once daily, everyday. Take the medicine before breakfast in principle. The dosage may be adjusted according to your age, symptoms or weight, however, the maximum daily dose is 4 capsules [600 mg (potency)]. Strictly follow the instructions.
For Hansen's disease: In general, for adults, take 4 capsules [600 mg (potency) of the active ingredient] at a time once to twice a month, or take 3 capsules [450 mg (potency) of the active ingredient] at a time, once daily, every day. Take the medicine before breakfast on an empty stomach in principle. The dosage may be adjusted according to your age or symptoms. It is considered desirable to use concomitantly with other anti-Hansen medicines. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, take an interval of about 8 hours before the next dose. If it is 2 to 3 hours or less before the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomachache and diarrhea. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
general malaise, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, jaundice [serious liver disorder including fulminant hepatitis]
chill, facial flushing, breathing difficulty [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
general malaise, palpitation, dizziness [hemolytic anemia]
fever, erythema, blister, erosion [toxic epidermal necrolysis, oculomucocutaneous syndrome, lichen planus-type eruption, pemphigus-like eruption, pemphigoid eruption, erythroderma (exfoliative dermatitis)]
?fever, dry cough, breathing difficulty [interstitial pneumonia]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
