药效与药理
1. 抗菌作用
非罗沙星对革兰氏阳性细菌组和革兰氏阴性细菌组具有广泛的抗菌光谱，包括葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎球菌、普罗修斯属、摩根尼拉-摩根尼、普罗维登西亚、流感细菌、含有绿液的外耳炎， 对于中耳炎病灶衍生菌株，表现出抗菌活性。
2. 作用机制
非罗沙星作用于细菌的DNA陀螺仪和托波异构酶IV，抑制DNA复制。抗菌作用是杀菌的，在MIC浓度中观察到溶菌。

用法与用量
通常，对于成人，每天听两次，每次6-10滴。点耳后，进行约10分钟的耳朵浴。
另外，增加或减少适当的次数，根据症状。对于儿童，适当减少滴计数。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a new quinolone otic solution, inhibits DNA replication of bacteria, and shows antibacterial effect.
It is usually used for the treatment of otitis externa, otitis media.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products.(Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule(How to take this medicine)

In general, for adults, apply the medicine 6 to 10 drops into the ear canal at a time, twice daily. After applying, a 10-minute ear instillation (keeping the ear facing up) is required. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms. For children, the dosage will be decreased accordingly. Strictly follow the instructions.
The medicine should be used only for ear dripping.
Before applying, warm the ear drops to body temperature by holding the bottle in your hand for a few minutes.If the temperature of the medicine is low, dizziness may occur when applying it. Pay close attention that the dropper tip does not touch to the ear directly.
If you missed a dose, apply a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed applying. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never use two doses at one time.
If you accidentally used more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include ear pain and itchiness. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
