药理作用：
巴洛沙星为氟喹诺酮类抗菌药，其抗菌作用来自于干扰细菌DNA合成所必须的DNA螺旋酶。该品不仅对革兰氏阴性菌有效，对革兰氏阳性菌包括MRSA、肺炎链球菌也有很强的抗菌活性，尤其对临床上难治的由脆弱杆菌（B.fragilis），寻常型牛皮癣（P.vulgaris，难辨梭状芽孢杆菌（C.difficile），消化链球菌（Peptostretococcus）等细菌引起的感染有更强的治疗效果。
适应症
用于治疗由葡萄球菌、链球菌、肠球菌、摩根菌、大肠杆菌、普罗菲登菌、柠檬菌、肺炎克雷白杆菌、肠杆菌、沙雷氏菌、变形杆菌、假单胞菌、消化链球菌等敏感菌引起的非复杂性尿道感染，如膀胱炎、尿道炎等。
用法用量
单纯性尿路感染（膀胱炎，尿道炎等）
1）成人：每天两次服用100毫克
2）肾功能不全的患者（严重肾功能不全，肌酐清洁率低于40ml/min的患者）
-每天一次服用100毫克，持续2天
2.盆腔感染，宫颈炎
1）成人：每天两次，每次200毫克，连续7天
（盆腔内感染最多可以持续14天，具体取决于症状的改善。）
2）肾功能不全的患者（严重肾功能不全，肌酐清洁率低于40ml/min的患者）
-200mg每日一次2次
※如果只知道血液中的肌酐浓度，则可以通过以下公式计算肌酐清除率。
 男性：肌酐清洁率（ml/min）=体重（Kg）×（140-年龄）/72×血浆肌酐浓度（mg/ml）
 女人：0.85×为男人计算的值
使用注意事项：
1.不要管理
1）对本药物或其他喹诺酮类药物过敏的人
2）孕妇和哺乳期妇女
3）成长尚未结束的儿童和婴儿
4）有喹诺酮类抗生素相关的过敏，肌腱炎和破裂史的患者
2.认真对待以下患者
1）严重肾功能不全的患者
在肾功能不全的患者中，在严重肾功能不全的患者中，肌酐清除率在15例肌酐清除率在20 ml / min或以下的患者中有7个在重复给药100 mg卡鲁辛1周的一周内增加了20％以上。或者，在给药后需要连续监测肾功能相关的测试值，如果临床上有显着变化，则应停止给药。

3.不良反应
1）休克：在极少数情况下，可能会发生休克，如果症状充分，应停止给药并采取适当措施。
2）过敏：有时出现荨麻疹，很少出现皮疹，发红，面部浮肿，瘙痒等，如果出现这种症状，请停止服用。
3）肾脏：有时BUN和肌酐升高。也有其他新喹诺酮类抗生素罕见的急性肾衰竭报告。
4）大豆：有时可观察到GOT，GPT，LDH，AL-P升高和总胆红素升高，如果观察到足够的异常，应停止给药并采取适当措施。
5）血液：有时贫血，白细胞减少，血小板减少，嗜酸性粒细胞增加等，因此观察足够，如果发现异常，则停止给药。
6）消化系统：有时会出现厌食，腹痛，腹泻，恶心，大便，便秘，腹部不适，胃部不适，腹胀，消化不良，呕吐和口干。在极少数情况下，其他新喹诺酮类抗菌药物中也报道了带有血便的结肠炎，例如胃结肠炎​​。如果出现腹痛或频繁腹泻，请立即采取适当措施，例如停止治疗。
7）精神神经系统：有时会出现头晕，很少头痛，失眠等。
8）其他：有时会出现潮热和心。之所以要注意这一点，是因为已经报道了其他纳喹诺酮类抗生素中很少发生低血糖的情况（尤其是在老年人中，尤其是那些患有肾脏疾病的人）。

4. General attention
1) Note that susceptible patients may have seizures or other central nervous system side effects.
2) Due to the use of quinolones, there have been reports of tendonitis and tendon rupture in foreign countries, especially in the elderly and patients who use corticosteroids. If you feel pain, inflammation or rupture, stop treatment, tell your doctor, rest and avoid exercise until you are sure you have no fasciitis or rupture. The drug was not reported to rupture.
3) Other quinolone antibacterials have also been reported to have prolonged QTc intervals. Be careful when taking it for patients who may cause this condition. There is no report of an extended QTc interval for this drug.
5. Interaction
1) Use with an antacid containing aluminum or magnesium may reduce the absorption of the drug and reduce the effect.
2) It has been reported that when combined with phenylacetic acid or a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug such as fenbufen and a similar compound (enoxacin, etc.), absorption is rare, and convulsions rarely occur.
3) It has been reported that other quinolone antibiotics combined with theophylline will increase the plasma concentration of theophylline, so theophylline should be used with caution, for example by reducing theophylline.
6. Give pregnant women and lactating women
1) Do not take it to pregnant women, women who may be pregnant or women who are breastfeeding because there is no safety.
2) Rats in the high dose (300 mg/kg) group in the fertility test and teratogenicity test, medium dose (10mg/kg) group and high dose (50mg/kg) due to reproductive toxicity test using animals Significant osteogenesis delay in the teratogenicity test in rabbits. 7. Management of children

8. Management of the elderly

9. Other
1) Joint abnormalities were found in animal experiments (pups and young rats) of other antibiotic antibiotics.
2) Foreign reports, after using other anti-tuberculosis antibiotics in other countries, there are rare tendon diseases such as Achilles tendinopathy, Achilles tendinitis, dry insulation, etc. If abnormalities are found, they should be stopped and treated appropriately.
