Adestan（Isoconazole Nitrate）是一种属广谱抗真菌药，用于患有外阴阴道念珠菌病的患者。使用方法：每晚洗净外阴后置于阴道深处，最好采用仰卧姿势操作，连续七天为一疗程。

本品是白色—微黄白色的结晶性粉末。
本品不易溶于甲醇，不易溶于醋酸(100)，难以溶于乙醇(95)，难以溶于水，几乎不溶于二乙酸酯。
处理上的注意
指导孩子保管在孩子手够不到的地方。
药效药理
1.抗菌作用
异戊醇硝酸盐试验结果显示:invitro的抗菌活性谱对于皮肤霉菌、酵母和酵母真菌、霉菌、革兰氏阳性菌以及细菌的三角洲形成广泛的抗菌活性谱，有5 - 7种。

2.抗真菌作用机制
异酮硝酸盐可以通过迅速、强烈地改变真菌类细胞膜的透射性来发挥抗真菌作用。结果就是抑制细胞呼吸，破坏细胞膜结构。

适应症
由坚硬引起的非常阴道和外阴道炎
用法与用量
每周将600毫克的阴道插入阴道。另外，如果不能得到真菌学效果(一次效果)，还将再使用600mg。

Description
This medicine suppresses vaginal and vulval inflammations caused by candida (a type of mold) through antimycotic effects.
It is usually used to treat vaginitis and vulvovaginitis caused by candida.

Effect/Efficacy
Usage/Dosage
In general, insert 2 tablets (600 mg of the active ingredient) deep into the vagina at a time, once weekly. If it proves ineffective, repeat one more course. Strictly follow the instructions.
This medicine is not an oral agent. This medicine is used in the vagina only.
If you miss a dose, insert the missed dose when you remember. You should never insert two doses at one time.
If you accidentally insert more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Cautions
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc) to any medicines.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines)
Contraindication
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include pain, swelling sensation, redness, irritation and itching sensation. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
