适应症
呼吸系统感染、泌尿系统感染、败血症、腹膜炎。
用法与用量
成人一次0.5g～4g ，一日2次静脉给药或肌肉注射。重症感染，剂量可按医嘱适当增加。
儿童日用量为20~80mg/kg体重，分1~2次静脉给药或肌肉注射。
注射液的配制：
1、静脉注射：溶于注射用水、生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液，缓慢注射。
2、静脉点滴：溶于生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液。
3、肌内注射：溶于0.5%盐酸利多卡因注射液。
注射液溶解时如因温度原因出现混浊，可加温使其澄清后使用。溶解后最好立即使用，如需保存，为防止发生沉淀，应在阴凉处（15℃以下）保存，但必须在72小时内使用。
不良反应
1、休克：极少有休克发生，需进行严密观察。当有任何与本品使用有关的症状，如：不适感、口内异常感、哮喘、眩晕、突然排便异常、耳鸣、出汗等症状，应立即停止用药，并予必要处理。
2、少数有过敏反应，如皮疹、荨麻疹、皮肤发红、瘙痒、发热等，出现时停药即消失。
3、罕见严重肾功能异常，偶见血肌酐升高，如发现异常应立即停药，进行必要处理。
4、罕见粒细胞减少、白细胞减少、嗜酸粒细胞增多、血小板减少等，当发现有上述异常时，应停止用药。
5、罕见GOT、GPT、碱性磷酸酶增加，有上述异常时，应立即停止用药。
6、偶见胃肠道反应，如恶心、呕吐、腹泻等，罕见伪膜性肠炎，当有腹痛、腹泻出现时，应立即停药。
7、菌群失调：罕见发生念珠菌症。
8、维生素缺乏症：罕见发生维生素K缺乏症和B组维生素缺乏症。
9、罕见间质性肺炎、毒理性发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、胸部X线异常、嗜酸粒细胞增多，当出现上述症状时，应停止用药，并给予相应的治疗。
10、其它：罕见头痛、全身不适感、发热、浅表性舌炎。
禁忌
1、对本品或其它头孢菌素类抗生素过敏者禁用。
2、对利多卡因或酰基苯胺类局部麻醉剂有过敏史者禁用本品肌注。
储存方法及使用期限密闭容器，室温（1-30℃）保存2年

Usage/Capacity:
Intravenous injection
1) Adult: As a cemetazole,1~2g (titer) is divided into two divided veins or drip intravenously.
2) Infants: Inject 25 ~ 100mg(titer)into vein or drip intravenously 2~4 times per kg of body weight per day.
3) Refractory or severe infectious disease: Depending on the symptom, 4~4g (titer) of adult and 150mg/kg of body weight of children are injected 2 ~ 4 times daily.
4) Prevention of infection during surgery: 2g(titer)is administered once 30 ~ 90 minutes before surgery or1 ~ 2g 30 ~ 90 minutes before surgery
(Titer) is repeated 8 and 16 hours after administration.
Change according to age and symptoms.
<Preparation of this drug>
Intravenous injection is dissolved slowly in 10ml of water for injection, physiological saline, or glucose injection. For intravenous drip injection, dissolve it in sugar, electrolyte, and amino acid preparations, but do not use water for injection (not isotonic solution).
2. Muscle Injection
1) Adult: As a cemetazole, 1~2g (titer) of intramuscular injection is divided twice.
 2) Do not intramuscularly in children.
Change according to age and symptoms.
<Preparation of this drug>
For intramuscular injection, dissolve it in the attached lidocaine injection solution.
