凝血酶（Thrombin）是一种凝血酶为止血药，其直接作用于血液凝固过程的最后一步，促使血浆中的可溶性纤维蛋白原转变成不溶的纤维蛋白，从而达到速效止血的目的。而且还能促进上皮细胞的有丝分裂，加速创伤愈合，是一种速效的局部止血药。凝血酶适用于结扎止血困难的小血管、毛细血管、实质性脏器的出血及其他各种出血。

凝血酶溶液是澄清、无色或微混浊的溶液。
药效药理
1、凝血酶是众所周知的凝血因子之一，通过直接作用于纤维蛋白原而转化为纤维蛋白，是凝血过程的最后阶段。因此，如果血液中存在纤维蛋白原，出血部位的血液就会迅速凝固，并通过以下作用机制堵塞受损的血管末端，在血小板存在的情况下，血凝块收缩，导致血管残端。彻底止血。
2. 凝血酶水解纤维蛋白原以释放两种肽，所得纤维蛋白在生理条件下迅速凝胶化。此外，活化的XIII因子作用于凝胶，与纤维蛋白分子共价结合，形成稳定的纤维蛋白。
3. 凝血速度取决于凝血酶溶液的浓度。例如，5mL 1000单位/mL 的溶液可在不到1秒的时间内凝固等量的血液，在不到1分钟的时间内凝固1000mL的血液。

上部消化管出血
用法与用量
口服溶解在合适缓冲液中的溶液（200-400单位/毫升作为凝血酶）。剂量可根据出血部位和程度进行调整。
临床结果
在上消化道出血的临床研究中，在58例可评估病例中的49例中观察到止血效果。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is an enzyme related to blood coagulation and has the effect to stop bleeding from tissue surface.
It is usually used to treat upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•Gastric acid needs to be neutralized using a buffering agent (milk, phosphate buffer solution, etc.) before this medicine is taken. First, take approximately 50 mL of the buffering agent. Five minutes later, take this medicine after dissolving 1 to 2 packets (10,000 to 20,000 units of the active ingredient) with approximately 50 mL of the buffering agent. However, the dosage may be adjusted according to the sites and severity of bleeding. Strictly follow the instructions.
•Take this medicine immediately after opening the packet and dissolving with the buffering agent. The solution may become slightly cloudy, but the effect of this medicine will not be affected.
•If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include abdominal bloating, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever, rash, redness and headache. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•respiratory distress, bluish purple to dark purple discoloration of the skin and mucosa (especially lips and nails of limbs), dizziness on standing up [shock]
•prolonged bleeding, bleeding tendency [clotting disorder, abnormal bleeding]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
