处理注意事项

药用药理学

1.抗真菌作用

（1）抗真菌活性（体外）

Effinaconazole对红色毛癣菌和须癣毛癣菌具有抗真菌活性。

（见下表）

除了上述之外，它还显示出针对毛癣菌属的皮肤真菌的抗真菌活性（MIC：0.0039至0.063μg/ mL）。

（2）对实验性足癣的影响

当使用efinaconazole 10％溶液每天施用一次持续4周时，与未感染的对照组相比，T. maleaglphytes豚鼠头癣模型显示指甲中细菌数量显着减少。

2.指甲中的抗真菌活性

（1）指甲和指甲板下的抗真菌活性
