Cepharanthin（Cepharanthine/Isotetrandrine/Cycleanine/Berbamine）属草本藤本植物的生物碱。可使外周血白细胞增多，用于因肿瘤化疗、放疗引起的粒细胞缺乏症和其他原因引起的白细胞减少症。同时；对斑秃/麸皮脱发也有效。

药效药理
1.血液干细胞增加作用（小鼠）
本制剂对于放射线引起的造血功能障碍，在血液干细胞中发挥作用，促进造血功能的恢复。
2.抗过敏作用（in vitro）
本制剂通过抗原抗体反应抑制了组胺从肥胖细胞中的游离。
3.肾上腺皮质激素产生增强作用（大鼠）
本制剂通过垂体，通过使血中的ACTH上升，可以提高肾上腺及血中的皮质醇的产生。
4.改善末梢循环的作用（兔）
本制剂不损害外周循环独自的周期性血管运动，促进外周血管的扩张和血流，改善外周循环障碍。
适应症
1.放射线引起的白细胞减少症
2.圆形脱毛症、糠性脱毛症
用法用量
1.放射线引起的白细胞减少症
成人，作为龙胆草提取物生物碱，每天分2～3次饭后经口给予3～6mg。另外，根据年龄、症状适当增减。
2.圆形脱毛症、糠性脱毛症
通常成人，作为龙胆草提取物生物碱，每天分2～3次饭后经口给予1.5～2mg。另外，根据年龄、症状适当增减。
临床成绩
1.对放射线引起的白细胞减少症的效果
对264例因放射线引起的白细胞减少症的有效率在“有效”以上为64.8%（171/264），在“稍微有效”以上为83.3%（220/264）。
2.对圆形脱毛症、糠性脱毛症的效果
对于621例圆形脱毛症·糠性脱毛症的有效率，在“有效”以上为53.3%（331/621），在“稍微有效”以上为64.4%（400/621）。

Cepharanthine powder 1%/Cepharanthine tablets 1mg
Tamasaki Tsuzurafuji, a plant of the family Menispermaceae that contains alkaloids extracted from Tamasaki Tsuzurafuji, the active ingredient of cepharanthin, grows naturally in the mountains at an altitude of 700 m in Taiwan and has long been prized by the indigenous people as a folk medicine for snakebites.
Approved as a drug for the treatment and prevention of tuberculosis in 1942, and as a result of re-eva luation, the indications are leukocyte hypoplasia (oral administration/injection) due to radiation, alopecia areata/catarrh alopecia (oral administration/injection).Exudative middle ear catarrh (injection), bald bite(injection).
