Flucam(Ampiroxicam)是环氧合酶抑制剂,为吡罗昔康的前体药物。临床用于慢性风湿性关节炎,变形性关节炎,腰痛症,肩关节周围炎,颈肩腕综合征的镇痛和消炎及外伤性疼痛,手术后及拔牙后的镇痛消炎。

作用机制
氨吡昔康在口服后从肠道吸收的过程中转化为吡罗昔康。这种活性体吡罗昔康的作用被认为是由于抑制花生四烯酸代谢中的环氧合酶和抑制与炎症和疼痛有关的前列腺素生物合成。
抗炎作用
氨吡昔康对卡拉胶植物性水肿(大鼠)的抑制作用与吡罗昔康几乎相同,略强于阿西美辛。氨吡昔康与吡罗昔康一样有效,并且对瘀伤水肿(大鼠)和紫外线红斑(豚鼠)的作用强于阿西美辛。它通过棉球法对肉芽(大鼠)和佐剂性关节炎(大鼠)等亚急性/慢性炎症表现出与吡罗昔康相同的抗炎作用。
镇痛作用
氨吡昔康对醋酸裂解(小鼠)的抑制作用与吡罗昔康和阿西美辛相似。大鼠足垫对炎症性疼痛的抑制作用(Randall-Selitto 方法)与吡罗昔康和阿西美辛相当。对辅助性关节痛(大鼠)的镇痛作用也与吡罗昔康和阿西美辛相似。

用法与用量
一般而言,对于成人,每天一次饭后口服27毫克氨吡昔康。
应根据年龄和症状减少剂量。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine inhibits production of prostaglandin (substance that induces inflammation or enhances the pain), thus relieves joints or muscle pain by suppress the inflammation and swelling.
Usually, used for anti-inflammation/relieve pain such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, periarthritis scapulohumeralis, cervico-omo-brachial syndrome.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: peptic ulcer, hematological disorder, hepatic impairment, renal impairment, aspirin asthma or history of it, cardiac dysfunction, hypertension, bleeding tendency, bronchial asthma.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
In general, for adults, take 1 capsule (27mg of the active ingredient) once a day after meal. The dose should be adjusted according to your disease, age and symptoms. The maximum daily dose is up to 1 capsule (27 mg). Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include pain or discomfort in the stomach/abdomen, swelling, rash, photosensitivity, itch, eczema, rubor and hives. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
abdominal pain, vomiting, hematemesis/melena [peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleed]
breathing difficulty, generalized hot flash, hives [shock, anaphylactoid symptom]
high fever, redness of skin, stomatitis [Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrosis]
decreased urine output, swelling, headache [acute renal failure]
symptoms of anemia, bleeding tendency, fever [aplastic anemia, myelosupression]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.

Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
