Durolane含有溶于生理氯化钠缓冲溶液中的稳定型非动物源性透明质酸 (20mg/ml)。这种无菌透明黏弹性凝胶专用于关节腔内注射，以治疗轻度至中度膝关节或髋关节骨关节炎。它还可用于治疗滑膜关节的轻度至中度骨关节炎适应症，以及关节镜手术后疼痛。
Durolane是单次用注射剂、单剂量制剂，每个疗程只需注射一次。推荐剂量为每侧膝、髋或肩关节注射1ml。对于过渡关节（如：肘关节和踝关节），推荐剂量为 1-2ml，对于小滑膜关节（如：拇指关节），推荐剂量约为1ml。

Product Features
DUROLANE contains 20mg/ml of stabilised, non-animal hyaluronic acid (NASHA) in buffered physiological sodium chloride solution pH7.
Durolane is used in the treatment of osteoarthritis and is injected into the knee or hip joint to reduce pain and increase mobility. It works by restoring the lubricating and shock-absorbing properties of joint fluid, which are depleted in osteoarthritis.
It is based upon a natural, safe and proven technology called NASHA (stabilised hyaluronic acid). Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring molecule that provides the lubrication and cushioning in a normal joint. Durolane is a transparent gel which contains high levels of HA (Hyaluronic Acid) . It is injected into joints affected by osteoarthritis to relieve pain, restore lubrication and cushioning which improves joint function and helps to restore quality of life.

Durolane is used to treat pain and increase mobility in the knee or hip joint of an individual with osteoarthritis. Durolane can provide relief for up to 6 months with one treatment
