药理毒理
药理作用：
双氯芬酸钠是一种衍生于苯乙酸类的非甾体消炎镇痛药，其作用机理为抑制环氧化酶活性，从而阻断花生四烯酸向前列腺素的转化。同时，它也能促进花生四烯酸与甘油三脂结合，降低细胞内游离的花生四烯酸浓度，而间接抑制白三烯的合成。双氯芬酸钠是非甾体消炎药中作用较强的一种，它对前列腺素合成的抑制作用强于阿司匹林和消炎痛等。
适应症
适用于类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎的症状缓解。
用法用量
根据疼痛部位大小，用本品2—4克，涂于患处，并轻轻摩擦，每日3—4次，每日总量不超过30克。

不良反应
(1) 偶出现局部不良反应：过敏性或非过敏性皮炎，如丘疹、皮肤发红、水肿、瘙痒、小水泡、大水泡或鳞屑。
(2) 局部使用本品而导致全身不良反应的情况较少见，如将其用于较大范围皮肤并长期使用，则可能出现一般性皮疹、过敏性反应（如哮喘发作、血管神经性水肿、光过敏等）。
禁忌症
(1) 对本品及其他非甾体类抗炎药过敏者禁用。
(2) 对丙二醇过敏者禁用。
注意事项
(1) 本品仅用于完整皮肤，不用于皮肤损伤部位。
(2) 勿与眼睛及黏膜接触。
(3) 本品仅供外用，切勿入口。
(4) 由于局部应用也可导致吸收，须严格按照说明书规定剂量使用，避免长期大面积使用。
(5) 如使用本品出现过敏或使用一周后，局部疼痛未缓解，请咨询医师。
(6) 本品形状发生改变时禁止使用。
(7) 儿童必须在家长监护下使用。
(8) 请将此药放在儿童不能接触的地方。
孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药
在动物致畸研究中，给小鼠用药量至人局部用量的5000倍(20mg/kg/day)，大鼠和兔用至2500倍（10mg/kg/day），均未发现致畸作用，尽管这些量已经达到对母体和胎儿产生毒性。大鼠母体对双氯芬酸钠的毒性表现为难产，妊娠延长，胎儿体重、生长和成活率下降。已经显示，双氯芬酸钠可透过大鼠和小鼠的胎盘屏障。但目前尚无在人体的研究报告，因此孕妇应慎用。
Solaraze - Solaraze is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID). It works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.
Solaraze topical 1% gel (Voltaren Topical) is used to treat joint pain in the hands, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, or feet caused by osteoarthritis. This medication may not be effective in treating arthritis pain elsewhere in the body.
Solaraze topical 1.5% solution (Pennsaid) is used to treat pain in the knees caused by osteoarthritis.
This medication may not be effective in treating arthritis pain elsewhere in the body.
Solaraze topical 3% gel (Solaraze) is used to treat warty overgrowths of skin (actinic keratoses) on sun-exposed areas of the body.
Solaraze topical may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
NSAIDs, a derivative of phenylacetic acid, Solaraze has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic and mild antipyretic effect.
The mechanism of action is associated with inhibition of COX activity - the main enzyme metabolism of arachidonic acid, which is a precursor of prostaglandins, which play a major role in the pathogenesis of inflammation, pain and fever.
Analgesic effect is due to two
mechanisms: peripheral (indirectly, through suppression of prostaglandin synthesis) and central (due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central and peripheral nervous
system).
Inhibits synthesis of proteoglycan in cartilage.
In rheumatic diseases, Solaraze reduces joint pain at rest and in motion, as well as morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, helps to increase range of motion; reduces post-traumatic and postoperative pain, and inflammatory edema.
Inhibits platelet aggregation. With prolonged use has a desensitizing effect.
When used topically in ophthalmology reduces swelling and pain in inflammatory processes non-infectious etiology.
Solaraze is an acetic acid nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug(NSAID) with analgesic and antipyretic properties.
Solaraze is used to treat pain, dysmenorrhea, ocular inflammation, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and actinic keratosisIndication: For the acute and chronic treatment of signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Solaraze topical skin patch (Flector Patch) is used to treat pain caused by minor sprains, strains, or bruising.
