　　【使用方法】

　　1. 白内障手术和人工晶体植入术

　　使用细管或针管小心注入足量的本品至前房，可以选择在晶体取出之前或之后注入本品。在晶体取出之前注入本品可以得到另外一个好处，就是可以防止角膜内皮细胞受到损伤。在手术器械和人工晶体使用之前，也可以涂上一层本品。手术过程中还可以根据需要补充少许本品。

　　2. 角膜移植术

　　移走角膜瓣后，可用本品充盈前房，然后将供体移植物置于溶液支撑物之上，在适当位置上进行缝合。

　　3. 青光眼滤过手术

　　在小梁切除术时，应该小心、缓慢地注入本品来重新充盈前房。

　　Composition

　　Each ml contains 15 mg of sodium hyaluronate.

　　Indication

　　Hyal Plus Inj. is used during surgical procedures on the eyes,

　　for example, cataract (intraocular lens implantation), keratotransplantation, glaucoma, etc.

　　Dosage and Administration

　　1. Cataract Surgery and Intraocular Lens Implan tation

　　The proper amount of drug shall be inserted very slowly into the forward chamber before (or after) removal of lens using needle or cannula. The effects for protecting endothelial cell as a viscoelastic supply, will reach an optimum level when use before removing the lens or inserting the IOL into the chamber. This drug can be useful for coating the IOL and operating tools.

　　2. Corneal Transplantation

　　Remove the corneal button and the drug can be inserted until the level reaches as the surface of cornea. Then transplant the donors corneal button and suture it.

　　3. Glaucoma Filtering Surgery

　　During trabeculectomy, to maintain the anterior chamber the drug shall be inserted using keracentesis.
