Effects of this medicine
This medicine increases cGMP in corpus spongiosum by inhibiting PDE-5 enzyme and relaxes the penile small arteries and corpus cavernosal smooth muscle, resulting in penile erection.
It is usually used to treat erectile dysfunction. It does not stimulate or increase sexual desire.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: cardiovascular disorder, hepatic disorder, hypotension, retinitis pigmentosa (progressive night blindness).
If you are receiving hemodialysis therapy.

If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

In general, for adults, take 10 mg of vardenafil at a time, once a day about 1 hour before sexual activity. If the effect is insufficient and well tolerated, the dose may be increased to 20 mg at a time. For elderly (at the age of 65 or more) and patients with moderate hepatic disorder, start with start with 5 mg at a time, once a day. The dosage should not be more than 10 mg a day. 1 tablet contains 20 mg of vardenafil. Strictly follow the instructions.

Take the medicine once a day and more than 24 hours interval for next dose. You should never take double doses at one time.

If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor/pharmacist.

Precautions while taking this medicine

The medicine may cause dizziness or vision disorder. Be careful when working at heights, driving a car, or operating dangerous machinery.

Tell your partner or your family that you will take/are taking the medicine.

Discontinue this medicine and contact with ophthalmologists immediately if sudden decreased vision or sudden vision loss appears.

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include headache, glow, nasal obstruction, palpitation, indigestion and dizziness. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
