Effects of this medicine
This medicine selectively blocks α1 receptors in the prostate gland and urethra. It lowers urethral pressure by suppressing smooth muscle contraction in the prostate gland and urethra. It consequently improves urination disorder associated with prostatic enlargement.
It is usually used to treat urination disorder associated with prostatic enlargement.

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

In general, for adults, start with 25 mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day after meals. If the effect is insufficient, the dosage may be gradually increased to 50 to 75 mg at a time, once a day after meals, at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks. The dosage may be adjusted according to your symptoms. However, the maximum daily dose is 75 mg. This preparation contains 50 mg of the active ingredients in a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions.

You can take this medicine without water. Crush it lightly with the tongue and swallow the tablet with saliva.

If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.

If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Precautions while taking this medicine

This medicine may cause dizziness or dizziness on standing up. Pay close attention when performing dangerous operations such as working at heights or driving a car.

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include dizziness/light headedness, dizziness on standing up, hypotension (including orthostatic hypotension), gastric distress, rash, itching and hives. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
