Effects of this medicine
This medicine improves blood circulation by enhancing cardiac contractility and dilating vessels.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include arrhythmia (rapid heartbeat, impaired consciousness, etc.), decreased blood pressure, excessively increased blood pressure, palpitation, chest discomfort, anginal pain (chest constriction), precordial feeling hot, shortness of breath.
