Effects of this medicine
This medicine has the action to catabolize proteins and inflammatory polypeptides, action to melt viscous substances and fibrin clots and anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling action. It consequently relieves swelling due to inflammation and eases coughing up sputum.
It is usually used to relieve swelling in a postoperative or posttraumatic period and chronic sinusitis, and to treat bronchitis with massive septum product, bronchial asthma and pulmonary tuberculosis with difficulty coughing up sputum.

In general, for adults, take 1-2 capsules (9,000-18,000 units of the active ingredient) at a time, three times daily. Strictly follow the instructions.

Do not chew the tablet and swallow it with a generous amount of water.

If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as you remember and take an interval of 4 to 5 hours before the next dose. However, if it is 2 hours or less before the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.

If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting, rash, redness and itch. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
