Effects of this medicine
This medicine scavenges free radicals which increase in region with poor blood flow and protects brain.
It is usually used to improve symptoms of cerebral infarction such as paralysis/numbness of limbs, performance impairment in daily life or improves condition to carry out normal activity.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are a patient with renal/hepatic/heart disorder, infectious disease, depressed consciousness or impaired mind.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

In general, administered by intravenous infusion for 30 min twice a day.

The treatment span depends on your symptoms, but should not exceed 14 days.

Receive blood tests frequently (the frequency depends on your symptoms) to check your renal/hepatic/blood function.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, redness, swelling, wheal (pink and sharply-defined raised rash), itch, or erythema. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

loss of appetite, dullness, nausea[severe hepatitis, impaired liver function, jaundice]

nose/gum/subcutaneous bleeding[thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia]

palpitation, shortness of breath, dizziness, ear ringing[disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome]

fever, cough, sputum, respiratory distress[acute pulmonary disorder]
