Effects of this medicine
This medicine is involved in various substance metabolism via oxygen reaction, and has vasodilator effect to increase volume of circulating blood.
It is usually used for improvement of the symptoms associated with aftereffects of head injury, in the treatment of heart failure, for stabilization of regulatory function in accommodative asthenopia, and chronic gastritis with deterioration in the function of the gastrointestinal tract.

General dosage regimen: Take 2 to 3 tablets (40-60 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times daily, however, the dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.

Take a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed a dose. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.

If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.

Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: nausea, anorexia, gastric disorder, tendency toward constipation, stomatitis, general pulsing sensation, itching sensation, headache, drowsiness, feeling of restlessness, ear ringing, feeling of weakness, etc.
