Effects of this medicine
In addition to beta-blocking activity, this medicine exhibits vasodepressor and antihypertensive effects by its alpha1-blocking activity to maintain and reduce vascular resistance. It consequently improves the heart pump function to transport sufficient blood for the body in order to improve the functions of the heart.
It is usually used in the treatment of essential hypertension, renal parenchymal hypertension and angina pectoris.

If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you have: bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, diabetic ketoacidosis, metabolic acidosis, arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, decompensated heart failure, right-sided heart failure secondary to pulmonary hypertension, pheochromocytoma, long fasting state, malnutrition, disorders in liver/kidney, peripheral circulatory disorder or hypotension.

Essential hypertension: In general, for adults, take 1/2-1 tablet (10-20mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day.
Angina: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (20mg of the active ingredient) once a day.
In any case, dosage may be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.

If you missed a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.

If you accidentally took more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Precautions while taking this medicine

You may feel dizzy or light-headed, especially when starting/increasing dose.
Do not drive a car or operate dangerous machinery while you take the medicine.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include dizziness, general fatigue, drowsiness, headache, bradycardia, drop in blood pressure, rash, asthma-like symptom, nausea. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
