Effects of this medicine
This medicine helps coughing up phlegm by accelerating the production of surface active material from alveolar cell, and increasing mucous fiber in the phlegm.
It is usually used to treat bronchial diseases such as bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumoconiosis; used to improve clearance of secretions in patients after surgery; and used to excrete the pus in patients with chronic sinusitis.

General dosage regimen: For adults, take 1 tablet (15mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the diseases/age/symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.

If you missed a dose, take as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

If you took too much of this medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.

Do not stop taking this medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: rash, hives, hives-like erythema, itching, angioedema (swollen face/eyelids/lips).
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
