Effects of this medicine

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

• If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
  If you are a patient with liver/kidney disorder, cardiac dysfunction.
  If you have a problem in blood.
  If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

• Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<        to be written by a healthcare professional>>

• In general, for babies, infants and children, use 10 to 15mg of active ingredient per kilogram of body weights at a time, and insert it into the rectum. The dosage interval should be longer than 4 to 6 hours, and the daily total dosage is limited to 60mg per kilogram of body weight. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms, however, it should not be exceeded the dosage for adult[maximum 500mg at a time, maximum 1,500mg daily].
  This preparation contains 50mg of the active ingredient in a piece. Strictly follow the instructions.
• Never swallow. Please use it after defecation as much as possible. After taking out the medicine from the container, insert the medicine deeply into the rectum from the thick side of the suppository.

• If you miss a dose, use a dose as soon as possible . However you should and take an interval of 4 to 6 hours to use the next dose. You should never take two doses at one time.

• If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

• Do not stop using the medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Possible adverse effects of this medicine

• breathing difficulty, generalized flush, hives[shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
• redness, bloodshot eyes, fever[toxic epidermal necrolysis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis]
• generalized fatigability, loss of appetite, yellowness in skin or the white of the eye [fulminant hepatitis, liver dysfunction, jaundice]
• hard to breathe, wheezing [asthmatic attack]
• sore throat, fever[granulocytopenia]

Storage conditions and other information

• Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool place such as refrigerator , away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
•  Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
